Allow option to record inbound calls but not internal calls (extension to extension)
Currently the only options on RingCentral appear to be either automatic recording inbound calls and/or outbound calls OR on demand recording of inbound and/or outbound calls. The problem with this, is that it appears that RIngCentral treats even internal calls (extension to extension) as an inbound or outbound call and records these conversations. Our organization has never recorded internal calls from our employees as it feels a bit like "big brother" and we frankly do not need this option. Ring groups and call queues should follow phone numbers and extensions, NOT APP LICENSES.
We are in a large enterprise where RC Phone licenses are often recycled. While it is true that with due diligence a terminated employee would be removed from their ring groups, this doesn't happen yet as often as it should. So, their license is disabled and deleted into the unassigned extensions bin. Then a new employee in a different state acquires THAT unused license, with a new phone number and new extension. And now one of the phones in office B is ringing when someone calls office A (original ring group). That phone app at office B also rings when…

Android App UConnect Bluetooth support
Teams, Voice, Phone, and all of my other audio apps can interface with my car's built-in UConnect audio system, but not RingCentral.It would be really neat if RingCentral added this support so I don't have to take RingCentral calls on speaker.

Create folders for fax
It would be helpful if I was able to create folders on the fax tab to separate faxes by day month and even year as well as importance of the received fax. This will be helpful in terms of not deleting previous faxes that have been received and not printing out the faxes as we are trying to be paperless.

Allowing customers to log in using their email address to a different account even if it is already associated to another account.
It would be more convenient for the customer if the system can allow the same email address to be used as a log in credential even if email address also associated to another account.

Hide RingCentral App Features
It is extremely confusing to have RingCentral Messages as well as Text Messages. There are already too many methods for communication for most users (email, text, phone, Teams, RC Messages, Skype). We should be allowed to disable this feature. All customers are different, but we should have the ability to administratively disable certain features. Messaging is one of the key ones. Fax should also be able to be disabled from the administrative level.

Show Limited Extensions in Contacts
We have users on wifi phones (Spectralink 8440) connected to RingCentral. This is accomplished through manual provisioning. These are limited extension users, and they do not appear in any Contact list whatsoever in the RingCentral app. The only place you can search for them is by opening the dial pad, and searching from there. They aren't in Contact lists at all, and they can be searched using the central search box at the top of the app.

Audit log for voicemail/message downloads
A log of employees that have downloaded messages/voicemails. It would help identify inappropriate usage of the files. Help protect employers in data sensitive situations.

Add ability to scroll through conversations with keyboard
Right now it's hard to scroll through conversations with the mouse or laptop mouse pad. Normally this is something in other apps that you can use the down button, but for this it does not work.

Better Verbal Voicemail number read out
RC when listening to VM the number reads out as one long number and would like it to either say the number as a telephone number or read each digit seperately.

Calls to an IVR w/o a prompt not play a "technical issue" message
When a number is reaching an IVR that does not have a prompt defined, the caller will hear a "technical issue" message. This can cause panic as the customer/caller does not know what the issue is. It would be more useful for the caller to hear something like "you've reached an IVR that has not been configured".

You should ad a button to the Admin console that allows us to export user information such as the phone number and name and extension assigned to the user

In classic app we could @ reference tasks, notes etc when posting a message now it seems only people can be referenced

Add updated firmware for Cisco Phone 8861
Currenlty, the Cisco 8861 supports only the CP-BEKEM-3PCC (old) side car with the current firmware version that RingCentral provides.In order to support the CP-8800-A-KEM (new) side car, the Cisco 8861 needs firmware load 11.2.3

The option to send an automatic SMS text message to inbound callers
any inbound call no matter if answered, gone to voicemail or text, the inbound call should get a automatic text message from your RC number thanking then or whatever message you wish to be sent out to the the inbound caller.

Show address in contact profile & maybe be able to edit what information is showing
I would like to show the address in the contact profile. We have the office 365 contacts connected and in outlook we have the address listed but when you look in the ringcentral profile, it is only showing the mobile number, email and department. Can we change what shows? Can we have just the primary email show and not all three that are attached to the account?

Add the ability to Modify the messages Ring Central sends for Voicemails
We would like to be able to modify the text that is inside the email that Ring Central sends when a voicemail is received by a user or queue in our system. We have systems in place to add these emails to our CRM, but with all of the extraneous text and advertising, it makes review of these in the CRM cumbersome.

Allow RC App(Unified) as Call forwarding - aside from the RC Phone App
User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).
