Allow individual users to use RC Credentials when SSO is enforced for others
Some customers need the ability to authenticate a custom application for server-side connection via password-flow. However, when they enforce SSO on the account, this option goes away. If a single user in the account could authenticate via RC Credentials while the rest of the users are enforced for SSO, this would solve the issue.

Billing Approvals
Request is for ability to assign billing approval limits within Roles, allowing Site Admins to add product/services to their site within the account up to a specified limit. If billing exceeds this limit, it gets escalated for approval by Super Admin.

"Ring additional extensions" for Share Line Group
Option to ring other devices that just the Shared Line Group phones. In the event the call was picked up on one of the "other phones," the call would no longer be visible on the SLG.

do not display missed call message on hardphone when softphone answers the call
The issue is a caller using his softphone throught the day, reeciving and answering calls, returns to his desk and sees mised call notifications on the hardphone, though no calls wee missed by the user.

Ability to use AD group membership for SSO versus email
Administrators would like admin access to each UID for those large corporations that are made up of individual UIDs. This becomes an issue when each UID is using Forced SSO so there is no way to create individual home office user accounts in every UID. Leveraging AD Group Membership would solve this issue.

Ability to have Administrator level control of user preferences within the RC App
Lumentum would like the ability to define user preferences at an admin level, currently it must be done at the user level. This includes the ability to disable calling at a specific user (rather than system wide), this is huge for Lumentum and stated that Zoom provides them with funcationality, defining meeting settings, notifications and the ability to enable @Team notifications by the admin and not the Team owner.

Increase the fields "Job Title" and "Department" to 256 characters
This can be helpful when institutions have job titles and department names that are longer that 64 characters.

Expand Service Web<User Templates to include ability to manage templates for Shared Line Groups.
Currently, templates can only be created and applied to users. Shared Line Groups are used in retail scenarios and often require bulk updates.

Modify Company phone number Site assignment
The request is to provide the ability to modify Company phone number site assignment when a phone number is reviewed in Phone System<Phone Numbers. The ability would be helpful to be offered as a dropdown. When "parking" numbers in an account (additional numbers or unassigned) these will need to be assigned to the auto-receptionist before assigning to a user as a full DL. Currently, this process returns the number to the "Company" instead of honoring the site the number was previously in.

Remove 'advertisements' in the My Extension portal
When a user logs into 'My Extension' in Service Web, they are presented with links to "refer a friend and get rewarded" and "buy professionally recorded voice prompts". The request is that these messages not be presented.

Role/Permission for ordering billable items (numbers, users, devices, meetings)
Request is for a new option in custom roles that restricts ordering new billable items (numbers, devices, users, meetings). Currently there is no good way to restrict a local admin from being able to order new items unless you restrict that person from also being able to "see" those items. For example, a local admin needs to be able to change routing on company numbers or make changes to users, but the current permission allows them to perform changes in addition to ordering new things. The desire is to more granularly control admin permissions, with ordering as its own "extra"…

Do not display 'Main Number' on Service Web's 'My Extension' Page
The request is to use verbiage other than 'Main Number' at the top of Service Web on the 'My Extension' Screen, as that could be confusing for End Users.

Need Hot Desk to behave similar to regular user.
Request is to have Hot desk calling functionality be the same as what a typical user experiences. For example:
- A user's call coverage paths do not work. If the user needs their extension to ring another user after three rings and then connect to original user's voicemail, this does not work.
- If the user wanted to ring multiple users sequentially, it doesn't work.3 votes -
Outbound Caller ID Template Phone Numbers
The request is for user templates to leverage phone numbers assigned to sites while using the multi-site feature for outbound caller ID number settings. Currently, the only choices in the template for outbound caller ID number are "Company Numbers" and not the full list of other numbers currently associated to other sites.

Dial by name directory site specificRestrict "Dialing by Name" in IVR menus to the location's users.
When using Multi-Site (with an IVR menu built specifically for that site), can the dial by name directory be specific to the site? Rather than the current situation where it's the entire account.
