Set logon hours for access to ringcentral.
We have hourly staff who we would like to restrict access to RingCentral to only their working hours. Example staff member “Jane” can only access or sign in to RC on an access schedule M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM after. She would not be able to sign into RC any other time, including through the web and phone apps all access would be restricted to her working hours. Just like with windows in active directory, we can set a login schedule for users.

Groups > Call Quesues - "Expand/collapse All" queue members button to save having to click arrow next to each queue
At the moment its not possible to see all the queues that a user is a member of, the work around is to go to the call queues page, expand all the users members list and do a page search for the users name. The problem is you have to click the arrow next to each group one at a time to expand the user list.

Removal of "tips" popups
The popups that continually show up as "tips" get irritating, especially after having RingCentral for a week. They often pop up as a call is coming in, or as a video call is coming in, making it difficult to answer, often resulting in missed calls

Missed call in Super Admin Ext 301
we have an IVR which feeds off to a user (Dial-By Ext Ext. 406) this user is set NOT to ring and has a long custom voicemail asking clients to use DTMF tones to locate an advisor or return to the main menu.it appears a lot of the missed calls which I am not part of any group to received incoming calls.

Option to have Call Que Ring Softphone but Not Mobile
Many of our call que members cover inbound company calls in which it's not their primary company function on their softphones but uninstall the mobile app because it rings both, so this feature would allow them to cover call ques and still receive peer to peer calls or direct calls when moving around in the company

Dedicated Fax button on sidebar, so can go from adding contact to sending a fax without extra clicks
Once you add a contact, you need to click fax on the sidebar to be able to generate a new fax. There should be a + on the sidebar to be able to fax from any of the sidebar options

Yes/no emoji
Emoji are cool but a simple yes/no in professionnal context will help to confirm or answer quickly a question. It could also be used as informal survey.

The ability to re-order Custom IVR answering rules
You can edit call forwarding options at a user level, by dragging and dropping them around. However on the phone system itself you cannot re-order custom IVR answering rules.We are a new customer, and currently there are no bank holiday rules in there. If we added these they would conflict with other rule timings. In order for this to work we have been advised we would need to delete all our live rules, put the bank holiday rule in and then re-add all the rest.We should be able to drag and drop these rules around without the need for deleting…

Simultaneous Ringing in Queues
We desperately need the ability to have multiple queues and as a call makes it way through those queues that the queues the call had passed continues to ring as it adds the second queue then the third queue. I assume this isnt an option based on conversation and research.

Account Wide Anonymous Caller Rejection
We've been getting a ton of spam calls that have their caller ID blocked, so there's no way to reject those calls. I think having a global (account-wide) anonymous caller rejection is a great option.

Implement a delete all button for Personal Contacts
If a user imports their entire personal contact directory and then later you would like to clear the personal directory out (in case you want to transfer the number/account to a different user for example), it is not possible to simply delete the entire list or to even select more than one contact at once (on desktop or mobile!)

In RC App, we have green status for "online", red for "DND" and grey for "Invisible"We need orange/yellow status when the user is absent or away from his PC
