When my team is making outbound calls they have three direct number "call from numbers" this is causing a host of problems if employees don't remember to set their call from number to their actual direct number every time they're logging into the various Ring Central applications (i.e. Desktop App, web applications, salesforce integration or Mobile Phone application)

  2. Being able to be notified when a user has become available if they are either currently in a call, in a meeting, or otherwise unavailable. Simple push notifications would be the only thing necessary.

  4. Requesting for a feature where RingCentral application user can easily copy the Meeting Invite Content/Information without needing to start/schedule a meeting on the RingCentral application. Currently the app only has the option to copy meeting link in line with the "Your personal meeting ID:" portion.

  5. -this feature would provide clients with the option to disable the pop-up-can reduce the amount of time for client's customers to start screen sharing as not all participants are computer savvy-can avoid possible audio reverb if a non-rc participant already dialed in to the meeting

  6. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".

  7. Currently, in CC, it is an extension in chrome that is installed that pauses the call and screens from recording when a specific website is opened. then then the website is closed it then resumes the recording. Northern Safety Co. Is looking for the same type of behavior within UC.

  8. We integrate RingCentral into our email and calendar, but sometimes meetings end early, and even when the call is over, everyone's status is still red until the end of the meeting. Would it be possible to have the meeting owner or someone be able to end the meeting early so everyone's RingCentral status goes back to green?

  10. As a company we want the RC app open on everyone's desktop to allow for chat and collaboration. People that like to use one app at a time and close it (often full-screen app users) may accidentally close the app and disconnect themselves from RC. When you close the app, it should give a popup that says "Did you mean to QUIT RingCentral?" and have two buttons: Quite, and Minimize.

  11. Can you add a filter for voicemails under the reports tab? After you select a specific extension you can filter by several factors under "types of calls" but not voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when an agent is out sick or vacation. Also, can you allow a superadmin to listen to said voicemail you filter? Thanks!

  12. Look carefully at Kinect.com. They offer an excellent texting feature that allows me (and any staff) to use text messages to instantly communicate with prospective (and also converted) clients and, perhaps most importantly, to easily allow clients to give a testimonial on Yelp and I think Google and facebook which is very valuable for service businesses. Kinect is too expensive so you will have an easy time competing with them and believe me, people will love your service even more!

  14. customer says, if she is away from her extension, and there is an external call that comes in and this is picked by someone else, once back,
    she wants to see the user who picked the call engaged on that call from her extension.

I needed to see my call log and in the old (wonderful, best EVER) app I could simply hit settings a couple of times and it would bring me to the website where I could update my voicemail and check my call log. Now, I have to go to the website and log in and it's an extra step that is very cumbersome considering all the passwords I have to remember.   19. Ring Central should seperate different tier supports. Cases that were transferred to Tier2 supports should communicate with Tier2 support. It is very time comsuming if your case is handled by tier2 support then answered by Tier1 then will be transferred.
