Spell Check Language Setting on RC App
Currently, the default language for the RC app is set to US English, even if the local settings of the users' machines are set to a different language. There should instead be an option/feature for spell check to be in different languages on the RC app.

Filter call log and recordings through Role Domain settings
Request is for the ability for defined users (site admins) in different sites to be able to only access call log and recordings for users within the site(s) they have domain role access to. The current custom role domain definition does not extent to the call logs/recordings.

Have an option for things to repeat every other week
There are task that have to be performed every other week. This helps allow teams to stay on track if we could get this function set up. I have been duplicating boards for the biweekly task in the classic glip. Now in the new version I cannot duplicate the boards.

Allow admins to deauthorize app/browser logins
Currently, there is no possible way to logout a user from any or all devices other that changing their password. This is problematic.

Automatically print fax from RC Unified App.
I would like to be able to print automatically from the RingCentral Unified App. This is possible in the RC Phone Desktop App, but not in the RC Unified App.

Improved Bluetooth headset compatibility
Presently very limited Bluetooth headset compatibility. Some people can't use just any headset because of environmental conditions, comfort, etc. I've never come across another app that was so limited in headset use.

Ability to 'watch' / 'follow' a message conversation
It would be handy to be able to watch or follow a conversation so that if someone replies to a message that you are interested in, you can be alerted. Use case:Colleague A writes a question into a team space. You also need to know the answer to the same question.Colleague B replies to Colleague A with the answer. If you could follow the conversation, then you would be alerted to the response.

Call Monitoring an extension indefinitely, through all calls/call attempts. -Not just one call at a time...

When we used to have Vonage, when you monitored someone, your extension "sat" above the monitored extension, hearing every call that came in.Currently, RingCentral customers can only use the monitor button for one call. Also, the monitoring will not work unless the call is connected.
My feature request includes monitoring an extension indefinitely, through all calls/call attempts, then the user doing the monitoring can back out of this mode by ending his/her call. Can this be done? This would be a HUGE help for training purposes. This allows the monitoring user to only enter monitoring mode…

Technical Capability to Move and Share Tasks to Other Windows/RC Users and For Assignees to be Tagged in Their Own Window
One (1) task is shared by multiple assignees (RC Users), several departments are contributing to fully accomplish 1 task.In the old classic app, RC Users can share/move tasks to other RC Users' windows/glip. Add a distinction for personal/work calls via RC App
I work from home and use my cell phone/RC app for the majority of my calls. Aside from seeing my office number, there is not a distinction of personal/work calls. I like seeing the persons number so I can search the account as I am receiving the phone call to help with customer service and the person feeling like we care. If I use the only tool on the app currently for call forwarding, I cannot personalize their experience as easily.If the incoming calls through the app could show "Ring Central Call" with the persons number listed it would be…

Allow adding to contacts from browser call tab
When using app.glip.com from a web browser to make a call. The absolutely ideal time to add the personal being called or calling to contacts etc is while on a call. Please an ability to add to contacts from the phone dial page. All after a call finishes and the number is still on the page in front of me I should be able to click and add to contacts right away. Cutting the number and going another page - is not a solution.

Mask number for SMS
I want my clients to only see my mobile number for all calls and text / sms messages sent from my ringcentral account. I want to mask my RingCentral number with my mobile number for both calls and text/sms message.

The caller ID needs to reflect the office main phone # with the corresponding extension for phone calls and texts

Alternate View for HUD that obscures name/number
Currently, when showing the active call it also shows to whom the person is talking or the phone number for the person, we would like a way to turn that off so that you can see they are on an active call but you can't see to whom they are talking.

Date stamp / Time stamp viewable on TEXT list
In prior version, you were able to see the date / time stamp along with the body of the text in a list format without having to hover over or click into every text. This makes it difficult to find communications. Please give an option as to how to view messages so we see more than just a list of contact names. We should be able to expand this view to see more information (i.e.: date, time, company name, phone number, body of text).

Allow Performance created subscription to be accessed by all super admins
As of the moment only the user who created the report can view the performance. There should be an ability to share it.
