  2. Businesses often have a backup fax number and it is pretty tedious to have to go between users to check both fax numbers since only one fax number is allowed per user. Would it be possible to add the function to allow multiple fax numbers for one user so that everything would be in the same place?

  3. Submitting on behalf of a customer. A client would like to only allow users to call specific numbers that they assign, meaning if the numbers that they dial are not in the list of assigned numbers, it shall not go through or it should be restricted. This allows the account to have more control over the numbers that can be called by their users making sure that called numbers are only company allowed.

My Customer Service Agents frequently call customers to remind them of things like their payment is due, policy is about to cancel, etc. They currently have to verbally read a script if they reach a customer's voice mail. It gets repetitive so they would like to be able to record about a half-dozen messages, and be able to play those instead of speaking.

  8. Using the HUD in the Desktop App, you can add your internal RingCentral contacts to your desk phones. It would be a huge quality of life upgrade to have the ability to add any of your contacts, whether RingCentral, or for example, synced from Outlook, to your desk phone's display through the HUD.

  10. Avaya has a Crisis Mode in their existing on premise system that allows a Receptionist to see which extension dialed 911 within their organization. Would it be possible for RingCentral to enable this feature as well, please and thanks?

  14. Make it possible, on a person by person basis, to DISABLE sending e-mail notifications to people that are Co-Recipients to an extension. Without this, the only way a person can stop notifications from the shared extension is for them to disable notifications on their own account. But if they do that, they also lose all e-mail notifications for their own extension. Scenario:Message-Only box (ext 3001)Notifications (e-mail) is Enabled for the extension.   15. Is there a way that we can have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt ? Reason being, when we receive the failed to transmit receipts, it only indicates the time sent, which is not the exact same time of the email showing in the sent box. Sometimes, we are sending multiple faxes during that 1 minute and sometimes to the exact same fax number, however, only 1 fax will fail. There is no clear way to identify which fax has failed.   17. Extensions and user accounts should not be instantly purged and deleted. All messages and voicemails must be able to be recovered if accounts are accidently deleted. Just like numbers removed from an account. Extensions and the data tied to the user should have a waiting period before being permanently deleted from the system.

  18. currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.

  20. If a user leaves the office and is away from their desk, they'll still rotate within the call queue. Invisible users should be treated the same as "do not disturb", so that if a user leaves for an extended period of time without disabling "queue calls", they won't negatively disrupt/impact the queue.
