  1. Users are not aware that CNAM does not work on all end-point especially a mobile phone.Users could have been prompted on initial login and link them to the article number 11592. This should help correct the users expectation regarding the CNAM.

  2. Allow the ability to view when deleted items were actually deleted and not just received from service.ringcentral.com.From service web > Messages > Deleted items it has a column that says "Received"... it would be nice to have a column of when the message was moved to the Deleted items

  3. Callback prompt feature that alerts a user on the phone to call back, so when they get off the phone, they would have a blinking light and could pick up and call back the person who left you the call back prompt.

  5. When staff members send an e-mail with numbers, the e-mail is encrypted, blocked, or automatically masks the numbers. Can this be done in the RingOffice Text Messaging feature?

  6. Our customer would like to synchronize his iCloud contacts to the RingCentral desktop app. A work around was provided to download customer VCF then convert to a CSV file then upload it to the service web.

  9. Add the option to Ring Out RIngCentral Mobile App to the Ringout options.We have users who wish to use the mobile app but need to click to dial on their PC. Their PC cannot carry sound. Being able to set the RingOut to Point to their mobile app would be a great option.

  11. Add the ability to configure specific numbers that would override the Do Not Disturb setting. Use case is for someone who is on call after hours for emergencies, who may want to set RingCentral to Do Not Disturb for general calls and messages but still needs to receive calls that are coming from the emergency dispatch number. Similar to what iPhone currently has where you can set the ability for a number to still come through as a call when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

  13. I have an Anker PowerConf S360 speakerphone. It is detected as a headset. When I press mute on the device, it is muted in RC but when I unmute on the device it does not unmute in RC until I press unmute a second time.

  16. Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

  18. We would like to allow our instructors to login to more than one hot desk phone at a time. Being a career tech school, our instructors that have both a class room and a lab. They would like to be able to log into both at the same time, so if someone calls it will ring both phones. While you can you call handling, this can get out of hand quickly as instructors move from year to year, negating the advantages of hot desking. Can we please change the voicemail notifications so that either the person leaving the voicemail or RingCentral can filter voice mails between which voice mails are considered urgent and which are not.This is so that users can determine what they need to respond to in what manner of time. Currently all voice mails have urgent in the subject line.

  20. Users should be able to search Area code from the "My caller ID" section. User has to scroll through a number of area codes, it would be a lot easier if users can search area codes and a list of numbers attached to the area code is displayed.
