  2. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

  3. The ability to set user status is removed when the message tab is hidden from users. Some customers use a different application for internal messaging such as MS Teams but still want to be able to set user status in RC app. Please make it so that the ability to set user status even when the message tab is hidden via custom roles.

  5. We have limited extensions for faxes and such. Sometimes during a port you can't get all the numbers ported at the same time it would be nice to be able to temporarily forward a limited extension to another number until you can permanently route it to where you need.

  6. I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

  10. Each IVR should have the options for where faxes and texts should be forwarded to. Just like Call Queues. Right now, the fax or text is just sent to whomever the main number forwards to.

  12. I think it would be super helpful for administrators to have the ability to schedule changes to take place. For example, (basic example) lets say we need add a user to a call queue at a certain time and remove them at a certain time we could schedule a change. This feature could "record" the change and then we can specify when this change would occur based on date and time. This would assist admins so we don't have to remember to do something or mark it on our calendars versus scheduling it on the portal. Also eliminates the scenario…

Currently, when the main company number is used as a fax outbound caller ID or fax number to users, the fax notification received shows that the From name is from the name of the main Super Admin extension.Since it's a company main number, The "From" should show the company name and not the extension name, especially, if it is not a direct number or not an operator set on Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Settings > Operator and Fax/SMS Recipient.
