Hot Desk Phone: Selecting a number to assign to the phone.
When assigning a phone number to a Hot Desk phone, it auto assigns an available number. It would be nice to be able to select the area code instead of being assigned a random number in a different State.

Dial by Name Directory
Issue: Customer wants to add a feature on the dial-by-name extension to reduce the call timing or waiting time before it will be transferred to the extension wishes to talk to
Behavior: When the caller chooses dial by name directory from the iVR option and presses 3 letters of the last name of the extension where they would like to be connected, it took like 6 to 8 seconds of waiting time, like dead air of 6-8 seconds before it will be transferred to the person selected to be transferStep to Reproduce:

allow auto reply sms to work in call queue
when customer's main number is set to forward calls to call queue, missed calls should still trigger an auto reply sms from the main number. currently, this only works if auto receptionist is set to forward calls to user extensions

Ability to change Group Text default
By default, the "Send Group Text" option is selected and you have to turn it off so that you don't send a group text.Please add ability to change the setting so that "Send Group Text" is NOT selected by default.Yesterday I accidentally sent out a group text when I didn’t mean to, because that checkbox was checked automatically and I forgot to uncheck it. I don’t like that, since I never send group texts and don't want to have to remember to turn the setting off.Thanks

Additional option to send SMS to callers instead of leaving a Voicemail.

Disable Users to change the login password
If admin wants to disable the user from changing the login password, there is no option provided to disable\block the user from changing the login password. It will good if that option will be provided. In our company admin will maintain all the passwords of the user and some users change the password by themself. Please consider this and make changes and give some option for the same.

Ability to Forward voicemails to another extension
I received a voicemail in error, it should've gone to another extension. After chatting with a RC tech I learned there currently is no way to forward that voicemail to the correct extension. I need to be able to forward voicemails to the correct extension, preferably with the option to add a little message of my own before the voicemail like "hey, this is actually for you" and then the message plays.

Bulk Edit Phone Number Information
It would be beneficial to download all Numbers and bulk edit the Names in a spreadsheet then upload the changes. One by one takes too much time. Would help organize the account.

Authenticator app for 1st time log in
requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.
