  1. This is a great feature that I have tried while calling other businesses. Their system answers the phone and will say "press 1 and we will text you a link to our online ordering" it could also be used for "press 2 and we will text you a link for exact directions to our business"

  2. It would be a great add in Service Web or via Billing team to have the possiblity to bill each cost centers independantly. Right now invoices are made per account and companies have to ventilate on their own with the detail from this invoice.

  4. Please work on adding an option in the portal's Greeting / hold music section for an option to record or TTS a message that plays as an "interruption" or break when callers are on HOLD - with a time selection of interrupt every 20, 30 , 60 sec / 2 minutes or 5.

  5. Custom messages should be able to be placed intermittently with hold music - otherwise recorded messages just play on a loop frustrating those on hold.

  6. Having the option to toggle the Ring on/off Presence for each line you want to ring, and toggle ring option off for lines you want to just monitor is a traditional PBX feature and would be ideal enhancement to RC for user controls

  8. Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

  10. Have had many users ask about this as they often miss opening portion of calls they are monitoring because they try to connect with *80 and are told the call hasnt connected yet. They try again and find out they missed the introductions etc. Was advised by support today that this is not a current feature and to suggest it here.Thank you.

  11. Please add the functionality to omit a fax cover page regardless of the email subject line being blank or not. This is a problem for large-scale email to fax operations and is hindering our ability to fully migrate certain labs to the RingCentral Platform.

  13. Add the ability to hyperlink to an external file or to a file stored on a network share. We have the need to link to files stored on our NAS but do not want to upload them up into the RingCentral App. If I cut and paste a link to the file location within a message, it currently isn't clickable. Tried using "", (), [], etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I think corporate users would love this :-)

  14. Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

  15. Busy Redial FeatureWith Verizon, if you dial a number and it is busy, you can dial *66 and hang up. Verizon will call you first when the number is free and when you pick up, redial the number that was busy so that you don't have to keep calling manually.Is there anyway for RC to look into doing this feature?

The ustomer would like the ability to have more than one call handling option available for a given schedule block (business hours, after hours, etc.) For exmaple, if a call comes in after hours - they can only send the call to the call queue's voicemail or a specific extension. They would like to offer callers more than just that, they want to be able to configure multiple options.   20. We use the softphone in the RC app to lookup contacts and transfer calls. I feel like the internal people's status should be shown. It would be nice to see it there so you don't have to look at multiple things to figure it out.
