Please add a share option on that where the user can share his file from the RingCentral app to other applications i am using RingCentral for a long time but when i want to send a file from the RingCentral app to other applications like WhatsApp, so I have to download it first and then send it, this application has limited us only to our environment as compared to other applications.

  7. I need to disable chat/texting/and video conferencing due to compliance rules (as we are in the financial services industry). Our firm will only be utilizing ringcentral for inbound/outbound calling. This is a requirement of our compliance department in order to use services from ringcentral. Thank you.

  8. Hi,Submitting this feature request on behalf of a customer. They are moving services to a new provider, and they have around 40 phones that they need to reset so they can provision the device to the new provider. They are hoping that there would be a way to bulk reset the phones.

  9. Useful because it saves time. Currently, you have to dig into the Menu option, press InterCom, and then enter your extension. With a traditional intercom option, I should be able to 'buzz' the other party simply.

Integrate with larger enterprises that are moving us into new spaces, like SpaceX, and create a customizable version for those new spaces (i.e., Ring is innovating and smoothing the web and work spaces with VOIP and messengers, Tesla is innovating the roadspace, and SpaceX is, well, innovating into space). This would look like, for example, an integration with the Tesla hand-free driving and operating software, it would include, and perhaps this is a separate idea, but also having an in-built python functionality so that RingCentral apps could be customized to the customer by the customer (i.e., colleges, for mapping solutions…

I just enabled international calling and SMS for our account, and after testing it and encountering errors/no success, I called the support line to find out that it could take up to 24 hours to actually activate international calling and SMS. Why is it that I have to call to find out this critical piece of information? The current settings in the admin portal give the perception that enabling international calling and texting can happen instantaneously as there are only switches to turn these features on, but no verbiage appears that would share the details regarding the 24 hour delay…

I need an option that will stop ringcentral "answering" a call and putting it in its own sort of queue before the user connects -- it definitely answers straight away and when the user connects it is part way through the mfa code, often too far to get the code. Similar to this in the community forum https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/96318/compatibility-with-voice-calls-from-microsoft-mfa.html but with other companies - support has confirmed that it is not fixed and needs a feature request

  14. i dont want calls to record in states where its not alloweed to record, because that its with the law. we used hubspots dialer before which could automatically turn off recording for those states

  16. I understand that the system will block text messages from specific numbers to a specific user phone number. However, this doesn't appear to block any numbers from the main company phone number. For example, our main line is an 888 number; all user numbers are toll numbers.
