  2. We would like to have the ability to route incoming text messages outside of business hours. During business hours, text messages are routed correctly. I would like to define a different routing for text messages outside of business hours.

  8. We want a feature wherein the "Blocked Calls" option in the service web is available per number and not per user extension. We need to block phone numbers in bulk but it should be done only to specific phone number which is "(646) 665-4533" : DL on extension 1. We don't want the other phone numbers assigned to extension 1 to block the numbers we will put in the blocking list.   11. The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

  12. customer says, if she is away from her extension, and there is an external call that comes in and this is picked by someone else, once back,

  16. When a post is pinned to a conversation, what the pinned side-tab shows is the first few words from the pinned post. But unfortunately, those first few words generally don't identify what is in the pinned post -- e.g. it might start with "I thought I'd share with everyone...". So the list of pinned posts is kind of useless when you're looking for something specific since you have to tap on each of them individually to see what's inside them. It would be super helpful for a pinned post to have an editable title so that the pinner can clearly…

  19. In our use case of mass texting, we would like to be able to save contact lists and then easily mass text those different groups. For example, texting members of a particular town, or students at a particular school, etc. This would not be for group messages, just mass texting. As it is right now, we need to type in names or numbers individually every time we want to send a mass text, even if it's to an identical group we've mass texted before.

  20. It would be great if we could get the provisioned Park 1 & Park 2 buttons to work where we could actually park a call on these soft keys. It would also be helpful if we could program the page button to an extension so users didn't have to remember the extension to page. The is a safety thing in our business and seems pretty easy to do but support says it's not possible.
