Change "Voicemail Greeting" to "Voicemail Message"
Modify the description "Voicemail Greeting" to instead display "Voicemail Message". Our users routinely mistake "Call Greeting" for "Voicemail Greeting" and we end up having users that have a voicemail message play before the call is connected, causing confusion for callers. Most of these mistakes happen when attempting to modify the Voicemail Greeting via the administrative settings over the phone. Modifying the description on both the admin portal, and the admin settings over the phone could be a simple way to avoid further confusion.

Deskphone settings should not be erased after a reboot. The settings should remain the same.

Allow call queue extensions to receive forwarded calls from Google Voice Phone Number
The customer would like the call forwarding from his Google Voice number to RingCentral call queue extension direct number to work. Currently it rings the call queue members but when call is answered - it is just silent. It worked on user extension but never for call queue extension.

Add an option to use an existing license when they are available rather than only offering to purchase a new license
I have spare local numbers in inventory. I tried to assign one to a site and received the pop-up telling me this site has no available licenses and offering for me to purchase a license. I checked and had 21 available licenses on another cost center. The option to transfer a license is buried deep in Cost Center and finding a KB article on how to do this is a job, I never found one. It feels like the option is buried intentionally to encourage new purchases but that adds to license creep.

New feature tutorials feature in RingCentral app.
When presented with RingCentral new features, the pop-up remains on the screen without a way out of it for minutes at a time. Users should have the option to opt-out rather than turning off New feature tutorials settings from the RingCentral app.

Extension dialing between CX and EX
Extension dialing between EX and CX is needed. Having to route calls between the two platforms with a 10 digit number results in the need for additional phone numbers, and cost for the customer.
Another problem with 10 digit numbers, is that if routing is built using temporary numbers that will go away after porting, all of those references have to be updated on CX and EX after the port.
