  1. Could we use ACO to automatically call carers at intervals throughout their overnight shift.
    If a carer doesn't answer these automated calls, it could indicate they've fallen asleep, and their visit would then be flagged for a quality review.

  4. From Admin portal > Users > templates > key templates > key layout > instead of extension slot, it would be great if we can choose the user extensions that we would assign to it already

  5. We need an ability to use print to fax plugin for multi station. We need this so that users can moved into different stations and we don't need to reinstall the plugin again for it to work.

  7. On the soft keys for the physical phones allow the order to be changed. Currently on our PolyEdge phones we have New Call (which is pointless), then Intercom, Recent Calls (rarely used), then More. On the second screen we have Forward, DND, Page, and more. Ideally we would like to have the first screen have Intercom, Page, VMxfer (feature we have requested) with the DND, Recent calls and Forward on the second screen. It would streamline the process of handling calls.

  12. Sometimes you want to do follow up with your client in a week or two from your conversation and you have to create a reminder and then find his number and text him. Imagine you could text him thank you for taking my call. And immediately schedule text for the date and time he requested…. Easy!! And awesome!

  15. We would like to request the capability to utilize the click-to-dial feature across various browsers without the necessity of installing the RingCentral extensions. Implementing this would prevent the occurrence of dual dialers when calls are received through RingCentral sources.

  16. customer cant remove the invited contacts under company contact list, it only has the option to resend but not to remove. the said emails cannot also be deleted from our end since the user didnt sign up completely.

  17. We would like to request the availability of dedicated fax licenses or extensions that can be connected directly to a fax machine without requiring a full RingEX license.

    The current RingEX license includes many features—such as voice, messaging, and video—that are not utilized in a fax-only setup. As such, using a full license for a dedicated fax line is not cost-effective and does not align with the actual usage.

    A more streamlined and affordable fax-only license would be a better fit for these scenarios.

  18. Preconditions:
    A: SCP SP 1236 "Call Queue - Multiple Calls" is enabled
    &
    B: The call queue setting: "Maximum concurrent calls per member" is set to >1.

    Scenario:
    There are 6 users in many simultaneous call queues.
    All users use the Messaging feature and can see each other's RC App status.
    Lets say 3 of those users are active on a call queue call and their RC App status/presence indicators show Red/On a call as expected.
    - As soon as a new Call Queue call is offered to any of their assigned Call Queues, the users' RC App status changes…

  19. Allow people to fax RingCentral efax numbers from analog fax machines without requiring the "1" country code. Currently you are able to fax between RingCentral accounts without requiring the country code, however if you try to send a fax from an analog fax machine to a RingCentral number the same way the fax fails to send. Adding the "1" country code to that same failed fax allows it to send properly, but not every person who sends faxes is aware of this requirement causing them to fail to send.
