  2. I should be able to change the device model after a Key Template has been created.

    Use case: I have different phone models that I want to set up with the same key template settings. I should be able to duplicate an existing key template and change the device model for the other phones.

    How can I bulk import without DID's? When I go to setup a user manually with a license that we have, a number gets auto-assigned to the setup. Does the same thing happen with bulk imports?

  6. I have spare local numbers in inventory. I tried to assign one to a site and received the pop-up telling me this site has no available licenses and offering for me to purchase a license. I checked and had 21 available licenses on another cost center. The option to transfer a license is buried deep in Cost Center and finding a KB article on how to do this is a job, I never found one. It feels like the option is buried intentionally to encourage new purchases but that adds to license creep.

  7. Align RingCentral desktop (RC Phone) and web app treatment of status.

    Currently RingCentral Phone's HUD shows user status that aligns with the desktop phone. That is, all users that are 'green' on the desktop phones are also green in the RC Phone. However, in the RingCentral app (and web app), this is not true.   10. The calling number is appearing twice on dekphone when the call is originated from IVR Menu to Call queue

  11. When presented with RingCentral new features, the pop-up remains on the screen without a way out of it for minutes at a time. Users should have the option to opt-out rather than turning off New feature tutorials settings from the RingCentral app.

  12. Extension dialing between EX and CX is needed. Having to route calls between the two platforms with a 10 digit number results in the need for additional phone numbers, and cost for the customer.

    Another problem with 10 digit numbers, is that if routing is built using temporary numbers that will go away after porting, all of those references have to be updated on CX and EX after the port.

    The customer would like to be notified when one of their email addresses is added to the Bounce DB, or when messages fail to send for any reason. The goal is to proactively identify and resolve delivery issues before a significant number of messages (e.g., 100+) are lost and need to be manually forwarded.

  16. Feature Request: Ability to Revert to Previous Settings After Applying a Template

    We would like to request a feature that allows users to easily revert to their previous configuration after applying a template, particularly for settings like custom voicemail greetings.

    Use Case:
    Currently, when a template is applied, it overrides existing user settings—including custom voicemail greetings. If the template is applied accidentally, deleting the template does not revert the changes it made. As a result, administrators must manually reconfigure each user's settings, which is time-consuming and prone to error.

  19. Program features on button configuration. IE - blind transfer to Call Queue or specific person or to a VM or mailbox destination.

    In medical offices phones are often shared and computers are not always accessible in a busy office. One-touch transfer to users, ring groups/call queues, speed dial routing to CX via a Call Queue being forwarded and directly to a voicemail/message only ext. is greatly needed.

  20. RingCentral (RC) Android app call audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. Fully patched phones and apps up-to-date.

    I have the RC app on both phones.

    Audio for ALL calls to and from my RC Android app automatically switch to my Bluetooth watch (Galaxy Watch 4). The watch does not have its own cellular service.

    I need to enter the app and tap the Audio icon to select Speaker or Phone, in order to get the audio off the watch.
