  2. Multi-tenant sites

    I have a semi-working Entra integration working in RingCentral. It creates users in RingCentral as we onboard in Entra or disables the account as the users are terminated.

    What I am seeking to understand is how do I automatically assign users to the cost center and site as they are onboarded. I have lots of data fields I can use in Entra to establish their location, ZIP code for example.

    What I need is for when a user is added in ZIP code 95825 they get added to my Sacramento Cost center and Site.

  3. App does not honor user role settings to prevent SMS company template creation

    We have a custom role applied to user to prevent them from adding company SMS templates but it still allows them to create via the texting interface.

  4. Requesting a change to the current SPOG transfer behavior: When a caller hangs up during a transfer, the transferring and receiving agents should remain connected instead of being disconnected. This would allow agents to complete internal coordination or follow-up actions even if the caller drops unexpectedly.

    This change would help improve agent communication and reduce disruption during call handoffs.

  5. I need to know if we can download the training videos. We have our own LMS where we can assign training to users and I am not able to do so when they are just linked to a page such as where your videos are hosted. Is there a path or medium to download them?

  6. Currently, for calls where the caller initiates the disconnect before the call is answered, the call result only appears as "missed." This creates some uncertainty regarding the exact cause of the missed call. It would be very helpful to include additional details, such as the "Disconnect Initiator" and whether the disconnection was a normal release or due to a system issue. This would provide admins with more in-depth data, helping them understand what exactly occurred with calls marked as missed in the call logs.

  8. It would be very helpful if Ring Central offered online document editing, similar to Microsoft Teams. Currently, my team is able to share files within Ring Central but must download, change and re-upload. We can't work on documents simultaneously and see changes immediately. I've like to see online file sharing as an included Ring Central feature.

  14. I see there's a way to add your own ringtones for phone calls. I was wondering if there's a way to do the same for messages or mentions in messages? I'm being a total millennial and would love to add the AIM messages for nostalgia purposes.

  18. We are hoping to set our fax number to forward to an external fax number. We have spoken with technical support and troubleshooted the issue. We were able to set the fax to forward to an external number; however, the fax message that should be sent to email is not being received from the fax emails in the notification.   20. I want the option to be able to disable/ enable incoming calls when i want. There are times when i do not wish to receive calls, and spammer, telemarketers, robocalls keep coming in and they consume my calling credits since unanswered calls also go to voice mail which further consumes my calling credits.

    Please give us the ability to switch off incoming calls when it is not needed.
