1st and 3rd, 2nd/4th Saturday/Sunday toggle on/off button please
With a button similar to the attached screenshot, customers can create schedules for automation for opening/closing every OTHER weekend or EVERY other day of the week of their choice. This is a must! Would be helpful not only to your staff, but to customers more importantly. My office is working every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. 1st and 3rd are off. Phone Status Labels
It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

Fax Footer Settings to add disclosure (on all app resources)
We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

Visible Status of other Ring Central Contacts
Being able to see the status of other users would be very beneficial. Even just simple statuses like offline, online, available, away or busy would help enormously. Our old phone system let us see when other users in the system were online, available, in a call already or AFK. This feature is greatly missed by our team, as we will try to transfer calls not knowing if they will be available or not.

Allow caller to leave voicemail or choose to have a text back to start text communication
Other companies have an option of choosing a text back rather than leave a voicemail, I see this was brought up by other people, will it be rolled out soon? Would rather not have to change providers, but the world is changing to text and we have to change with it.

Have Web portal and App display company name if no specific person is listed for contact
For the Web app/portal as well as the admin portal, If a specific persons information is not entered the contact will just display the phone number. Unlike how in the older RC phone app, where if the Company name is entered and no specific person, it will display the Company name. Not all contacts have a specific person attached since it is just a company wide contact. It is also helpful when looking at reports to see if it was a contact. Have not fully switched over to the new RC app because of broken things like this.

Prompt Key Press to Receive SMS
Having the opportunity to automatically message customers with a link for an online form or giving them instant access to information on your website would be a great addition to a callers experience and an immense time saver. Removes the wait time for callers attempting to find a form/ document and time from employees having to walk callers through the process.

Limited Extension Continues Rings
This is a MUST, and I need it NOW, I'm in contact with support.Currently Limited extension Phone Ring only 4 time, then hang up.I'm many hundreds of then used in retirement and nursing homes.The Problem is 4 ring(20 seconds), don't Give the Resident time enough to answer the phones.I need more like 1 minute, or Continues Ring with no. announcement. and it's needed NOW.I'm an admin a 3 account, and help manage others

RingCentral MVP Mobile App Received Notifications Setting Should be Set to Always as the Default
This RingCentral user relies on the MVP mobile app. And, he wants the mobile app Settings > Receive Notification to always ring at all times. As of this time, the default setting is "When inactive"

Update the article about "Log Out of RingCentral Phone for Desktop"
Customer called in and asked on how to log out his RC desktop app. The customer advised that he followed the instruction in support.ringcentral.com (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Log-Out-RingCentral-Phone-Desktop.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Phone&language=en_US ), however, was not able to find the log-out button in Settings. Instead, we were able to find it in Display Picture (top -left of the app) then Sign-Out. Please update the article. Thank you!

I want to add cloud recording for my calls
My job requires that all phone calls need to be recording. When I signed up from ring central that said this would be a feature. Please add cloud recording on my phone. This is all need to be on my people
