  1. The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

  5. Do to Medicare regulations we have to say certain things on every sales call. I would like to have a message played after 45 seconds, so people don't hang up when the message is played before I introduce my self.

  7. With Vonage i just need to press the (envelope key) message key on his Yealink T48S and it will show all the new message/ missed call but now i need to check per the specific line before knowing if its a VM or missed call

  12. At this time, I am manually combining these to specific reports. Since a "meeting" is technically a call, we should have the ability to include it within the Performance Report. I pull reports that show how many outbound/inbound calls my team make in a day. I just recently figured out that their Video Meetings were not included in that report. So, now I have to pull two reports and combine them. While this still gives me what I need, it's seem that it would be much more simple to click a button and include meetings in the Performance Report for…

As some businesses may use the RC App and RCV for training and teaching at a particular group location (ie conference room) it would be beneficial to have a feature to allow a direct casting feature to external screens, monitors, projectors, or TVs. Casting from the Google Chrome browser still has a lot of delay and lower resolution. Even to a Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick to a monitor or TV that does not have built in smart software.   16. 98% of my outbound calls do not connect or have no audio when using my Android App. If a client calls me it works great. For someone who works out of the office, this is very frustrating and unprofessional. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and needs to be addressed asap. If this is not corrected, our company will need to find another program to use.

  18. Hi,We are a UK company with stores mostly in industrial parks. The emergency address locations are not always 100% accurate. The system will change the address to what it thinks is correct.Our TAM has advised that there is nothing that can be done to fix this as RC use a third party named Smarty and it is likely a data quality issue for them.See support cases 15936174 & 16168116 as examples. We have stopped raising these now.
