Requesting RingCentral App to not default to meeting info when using Microsoft outlook
If you want to use Microsoft outlook (not outlook 365), the scheduler keeps defaulting to "meeting info" . This happens in particular, when you do not have Outlook 365 or Google calendar conduit/mangaged calendar intergated. This causes for a bad user experience having to always change the defualt setting.

Make PERSONAL as opposed to COMPANY the default in the CONTACTS page
I don't have any Company contacts, but I do have Personal contacts. I would like to have the page open with Personal as the default so I don't have to remember to do that each time I need a contact.

Allow Managers to see who is accepting Queue Calls
Presently people can jump in and out of the call queue. Sometimes some users forget to turn it back on. We need a way for managers to be able to monitor who is in and out of the call queue to ensure that everyone is able to process incoming calls.

Check Status Of others
On the phone APP (same APP for google chrome laptop), we are unable to check the status of other contacts and before I call someone, I would like to check and see if they are on a phone call

Answering multiple calls in the new ring central app
Developers please try to solve the problem as it is not possible to answer multiple phone calls in the new Ring central app, however it is possible to do so in the old phone app, For example if we log into the old phone app the one with the phone on it , we can receive and manage multiple phone calls and put on hold and transfer and take another phone call just like on any physicals phone with multiple lines, and in the admin portal under phone system, Phones and devices, user phones, we are all showing green .…

Detail: currently the account only has 1 user extension and they have 2 yealink devices with individual digital lines
-they are not able to transfer the call or pick up an existing call received from either phone

Add Launch URL capability to RingCentral App
This would allow us to launch external applications at the time of incoming call in the same way that we do when using the Phone app. Things like screen pops with additional information from our CRM can be initiated with this functionality.

call history appears pops up when someone calls
So whenever someone calls, if that phone numbers call history (or text history) would appear whenever they call. So if they call today and again tomorrow we'd know what contact had been made, who had talked to them, or texted them, etc

Be able to move the Desktop/Mobile App option down in the call ring order.
People in our office are working from home and from the office and when they're in the office, they want calls to ring on the Polycom phone and find it very distracting and inconvenient to have it ringing on their desktops. But they use the desktop app when they are working remotely, so they don't want to remove it from the queue entirely.

Don't change Region on Chrome Extension everytime it updates
Seems a bit odd, so each time RingCentral releases a update for the Chrome Extension we have to tell all our users to change their region back to UK? Seems a bit mad to default to the US, why can't it remember what the setting last was?It affects them calling external numbers, for example they can't call local numbers because the extension doesn't know how to handle the call as it thinks it's in the USA. Limited Controls for Site Manager
Allow a site manager to have limited control over a site's IVR (without giving them admin privileges over the entire account)Specifically close the site for the day or implement an inclement weather announcement in-lieu of the main menu.

Cheaper license for phone use only
Add a cheaper license type for digital lines assigned to a phone (not a user)Allow it to use intercom/paging and be part of a queue, but won't need meeting support or eFax This makes sense in offices where phones are shared but hotdesking isn't a good solution.

Add more than one Interrupt Prompt for Call Groups
We have many departments that have more than one message they want to play while a caller is on hold. I think having the option to add more than one Interrupt Prompt would be very useful to those departments that have multiple messages they would like to give callers.

Filter Call Logs with Multiple Extensions

Update IVR Greetings By Dialing In
We have several departments that need to update their IVR Greetings regularly, and having them have to record the greeting then submit a case is time consuming. It would be beneficial if the IVR Menus would have a PIN that the appropriate users can log into the IVR extension to update the greeting.

Cell phone update
when using the app on the cell phone it tends to not update when we make changes on our admin portal. I’ve tried to log out and see no change when new employees have no usage. Also when the pictures of profiles are placed on employees then get disabled there should be a way of automatically disabling it.

"Add to Left Sidebar" Shortcuts & "Set Landing Page to..."
It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

Option to add other status updates for agents
Currently agent statuses only vary from "Available, Do no disturb and Invisible". There should be an option for admins to add other status updates for agents to choose from such as "Meal, Meeting, Break, etc).

Headsets that Work with RingCentral App
My headset that works with my phone, doesn't work with the Ring Central App. This has cause me to miss calls. Could you please either allow any headset that can work with your phone to work with the app, or start adding a lot more headsets to the list of ones that will work? The list I have seen online is rather small.
