Would like to be able to assign extension numbers to CCRNs so that CCRNs can be dialed with their 10 digit phone number AND their internal (in our case, 4 digit) extension.I know this can be accomplished by setting up a queue or user, but this seems like a workaround. The CCRN numbers should have native extensions and not rely on a call queue or a user (ring group) to assign an extension number to it.

  3. Currently, private call parking only work on desk phone when the parking location extension is added on the line keys of the phone via presence. Poly VVX 150 only have 2 line keys which by default is used by the user extension the phone is assigned to. The park soft key instead should provide 2 parking options- public and private. Currently the park softkey is only for public and no available DTMF code for private call parking.

  6. Have the system auto-dial our area code, or to preprogram a button where it will issue the area code prior to dialing out. For example: the telephone number would be 1-555-999-1234, there's a way to have the system predial the '555' so all we have to do is enter in the 999-1234.

I am from a legal and collections agency where we need to follow Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e) which states (1) IN GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for any person within the United States, in connection with any telecommuni-cations service or IP-enabled voice service, to cause any caller identification service to knowingly transmit misleading or inac-curate caller identification information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value,

    Having the option to select a number that is not in your control like those assigned to main site or blocking your caller id…

  14. Please add a way to answer a call and transfer it with the keyboard only. Currently I can answer a call and start a transfer, but I have to either use the mouse or press the tab key a bunch to select blind or attended transfer. Receptionists want to be able to answer and complete a transfer without taking their hands off the keyboard.

  15. For Apple users, an Apple call for "two-factor authentication" is not signaled by a ring on a group number (+49xxxxxx). Only one entry appears as missed calls in the journal.
    The calls via the group are currently not reaching users and are disappearing into nirvana.

  18. Manually extracted call logs includes CSV file and the call recordings. Need a way to be able to identify where in the call log CSV file lines does the call recording is for. Need a specific identifier in the call recording files to easily know where it goes in the CSV file.

  20. Full support of paging devices instead of manual configuration, currently we are getting the sip to the admin. It would be effective if the paging devices could also be provisioning normally like the other phones.
