  7. It would be very useful to be able to hide unused text message chains. There wouldn't be a need to cancel, but having the ability to hide or close out texts until we receive a response will help clean up the window. I would love to be able to only see my texts that need to be addressed, rather than the entire list.

  12. I handle more than one business on RC. I currently have multiple numbers set up with different greetings for each number (under custom rules), that reflects the business they are calling. These numbers all ring to my cell but when I pick up I have no clue how to answer the phone. Yes, I can hear it's coming from RC, but I do not have the option to set up separate name announcements to tell me which line is being used, to answer appropriately.

  16. We assemble freelance writers from all over the world into our RC groups. All of the writers are able to see all of the other writers. It would be great if the email accounts were not visible and someone would have to message them in RC which would be easier to catch.

  17. The RC App on Android has its own Bluetooth switcher that is separate from the Android system Bluetooth Switcher. When switching from handset to Bluetooth, this requires fiddling with both settings in order to connect the Bluetooth headset.Why can't the RC App just use the Native Bluetooth switching tool on Android?
