While engage on a call, I wanna be able to transfer the other incoming call to a different extension without having the current call place on hold.Example:Im speaking with one of my customers and another call came in. I will have a capability to transfer the incoming call to the extension that I want the call to be forwarded.

  2. In order to ensure a missed call or voicemail is addressed, I have established select profiles to send email notifications to our Jira Project using their built-in email handler. This auto-generates a ticket for my team to receive and action the ticket. While the current transfer of data satisfies the requirement, if I could convert the email notification into plain HTML it would/should remove the banner data that is transferred over. We can gladly clean this text up by simply editing the notification box, but this enhancement would help.

  3. The previous app (RingCentral Phone) would autofill contacts if you typed the contact's name. The new RingCentral app does not do that which more or less makes it pointless to have contacts. We are a high volume medical practice and don't have the time to manually enter each contact's fax number to send documents. This seriously impedes our workflow and general ability to run our practice efficiently and communicate effectively with other practitioners relative to patient care.

  4. There are times when office administrators are out of the office and not available to look at their phones, so this feature would allow for immediate responses to clients informing them of the protocol for immediate assistance.

  6. It would be nice to be able to report an issue that is related to another case by giving the user a location to reference an existing case. Currently when you Report an issue it creates a new case number, which then has to be routed to support staff that already have a case open for exiting problem.

  9. Currently, it's possible to move a license around in MVP for ease of reassignment. This becomes complicated when the license is moved to a user in a different Cost Centre to where the license was originally purchased/registered.This leads to a lot of clean up activity needed after on/offboarding, to ensure that the correct cost centres are being charged for the users within them.It would be great if, when reassigning a license, a prompt popped up asking whether this should move to the cost centre of that location too - and then that CC info could be copied onto that user's…

  14. In the iPhone app, pressing 'Enter' goes to the next line in the text to start a new paragraph. On the Windows desktop version, pressing 'Enter' sends the text. Please change the desktop app to be like the iPhone app so I don't accidentally send my text with only the recipient's name, or just before I put my name at the end. Please have the text send only by clicking the paper airplane.Or at least provide options in the settings for how people want to send their texts.Thank you!

  15. Currently, when adding a new local number to the account via admin portal there is no way to search for a specific number. Instead you must view all available numbers and refresh or go through a list.It would be more convenient to have the ability to search for a specific number beyond the area code when looking at numbers to add to the account.
