  1. A queue setting that will display queue voicemails in the portal with the oldest on top by default.Currently refreshing the page in the portal resets the view to newest voicemails on top.

  3. If an extension has been named with a number or code as an identifier that isn't the same as the extension number, then the number or code used in the name is not searchable in the dialler. Entering numbers in the dialler should also look at the extension name field

  4. We use Teams to show different departments, and their availability to take calls. We would love "Teams" to have an option to default view to "show members" rather than share a file, create a task, or add an app. This would help reception and call transfer-ability.

  6. Maybe its just me and I cant find the option but on my Mac I normally close windows with the shortcut key (command W) but it doesnt work on this app. Just a suggestion!

  7. I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

  9. We have a large scale deployment of RingCentral and have hit a few system/soft limits in the past.It would be great if admins could be notified in advance of when a limit is about to be reached. This would allow us to log a request to increase the limit well before we attempt to create a resource and get an error.

  10. I'd like a delegator role to be made for people who set up a lot of meetings company wide. such as HR and recruiters. the role would just automatically add the user as a delegate for every employee of the company, or for specific branches like the other roles.

  11. When you filter in the audit table for "Disabled" you also get the "Enables"This is not operating as intended so it is considered broken.The current solution is to download the list into Excel then further filter out the Enables.???

  14. Smaller businesses could benefit from having fax & voicemail in-app messages sent to all members of a call queue. Currently, the system is limited to one person being assigned in-app notifications, with email only notifications sent to other call queue members. A small business needs all members of the admin team to be notified in one place to reduce the number of platforms needed to conduct everyday business.

As a pickup member it will be really useful to be able to see a presented call label change from 'To Main Menu' to the 'Agents Name' when external callers dial our main company number and dial an agents extension.This will help pickup members ascertain whether to pick that call up or not based on which agent the call is destined for.

  16. Once a physical phone, in this example, a Polycom VVX450, has been provisioned, the default password is changed. Once the password has changed by provisioning the phone, customers are required to contact support to get the new password so they can factory reset the phone. This is a burden for customers to do. Can we make the new password after provisioning available somewhere in the Admin Portal for our customers to access, instead of having to call support?

  17. We have multiple users opening messaged on the same app. We use main business phone number to receive all the text messages. When one of the users reads the message and realizes it was not for him we have to send a group text message to let others know that they opened the message. I can only unread it on my phone app not no one in the team can unread it on the desktop app.

  20. When placing a new conference call from the computer it always uses the computer's microphone and speaker. It should utilize whatever calling method is chosen for the extension's settings (RingOut, RingOut to a specific device, etc.)... or it ought to at least give the option to choose the calling device on the "Conference Call" start screen.Not all of our employees have microphones/speakers on their computers, so starting the conference call using the computer as the endpoint is useless for them.
