Update the article about "Log Out of RingCentral Phone for Desktop"
Customer called in and asked on how to log out his RC desktop app. The customer advised that he followed the instruction in support.ringcentral.com (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Log-Out-RingCentral-Phone-Desktop.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Phone&language=en_US ), however, was not able to find the log-out button in Settings. Instead, we were able to find it in Display Picture (top -left of the app) then Sign-Out. Please update the article. Thank you!

Ability to Adjust Message Panel
The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

Ability to combine Meetings and Calls under one report
At this time, I am manually combining these to specific reports. Since a "meeting" is technically a call, we should have the ability to include it within the Performance Report. I pull reports that show how many outbound/inbound calls my team make in a day. I just recently figured out that their Video Meetings were not included in that report. So, now I have to pull two reports and combine them. RC App and RCV Casting Feature to screen, monitor, projector, or TV
As some businesses may use the RC App and RCV for training and teaching at a particular group location (ie conference room) it would be beneficial to have a feature to allow a direct casting feature to external screens, monitors, projectors, or TVs. Casting from the Google Chrome browser still has a lot of delay and lower resolution. Even to a Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick to a monitor or TV that does not have built in smart software.
