  7. I suggest that when you forward your ring central phone # to your individual personal phone that the ring central # shows up on the personal line when someone calls. This will allow you to see if it's a personal call or your business number.

The ability to "bcc" to another text number automatically whenever you send texts and whenever a text is received, so almost like a bcc for email, but it will always send a copy of that text to a particular number for later access if needed to find it since the option to archive the full messages not just logs, is not yet available.

  19. It would be greatly beneficial for us to have the option to display the user’s direct number in the "Forwarded To" field of the call log when receiving calls through the RC App.

    Currently, when a user—who only uses the RC App—receives a call, the system defaults to showing the main number under "Forwarded To." This can lead to confusion and makes it difficult to identify the intended recipient directly.

    We believe having the ability to show the user’s direct number instead would greatly improve clarity and call tracking.
