  5. I have around 5 RingCentral phone numbers. When I am in the middle of a call, I want to see the current phone number that the desktop soft phone application is using. I would like this displayed prominently in the blue ribbon at the top of the page to the right of the search field

  7. Hey RingCentral,A contractor set up our business with you and they are no longer with us. I've been co administering this account with her since the beginning. Someone else took her position and we gave the account to him, not realizing that they had administrative permissions. This worked out because he slid into that position eventually. However he was also let go recently.Further, I did not know that the main admin also received emails regarding text usage. There is currently no way to:1) edit who receives these usage notifications by email2) edit the permissions of whomever was the main admin,…

  11. Allow RC AU Account to call using Blocked Caller ID to call AU NumberRC AU Account cannot use blocked caller ID number when making outbound calls to an AU number. The call gives busy tone onset of the call. Call is not hitting system call log.

  14. It would be awesome to process payment on a call. Once the client calls he can be transferred to a secure line where he will be asked to introduce the card information, once the payment is processed, the client can be rejoin the call with the agent.I'm currently using CardConnect, and Stripe is another good option to integrate with.Authorize.net should be considered as well.

The new inbox section in the RingCentral app should have a checkbox option so you can select multiple voicemails/texts/faxes to apply bulk actions, such as marking as unread, downloading or deleting them, on the support site appears that the feature is available but looks like it was for older versions. This feature is important because often the users have to work with a lot of different inboxes and going one by one can be really time-consuming.

  18. If you are marketing your services to a corporate environment, why would not include speed dials to the online versions of the product. I think the addition of user programmable user hotkey/ speed dial settings would be easy to implement and a great feature.Shift + Alt + 1 = Speed Dial 1 Shift + Alt +2 = Speed Dial 2...........Shift + Alt + 0 = Speed Dial 10 (or VM)But absolutely let the users have more control over the actual hotkey configuration that works for them.Thanks!
