Restore the display of prefixes and suffixes in the contact full name field within RingCentral's RC App. This would enhance contact organization and improve efficiency for users who rely on these details for identifying company names in incoming call windows and search fields.   4. currently, the option is to change the number under forwarded calls instead of deleting what is currently setwhen the customer logs in to the web portal - Settings - Phone - Incoming Calls - Call rules & voicemail - Forwarded calls we can only change the number and there's no option to delete

When a user search for a contact that is imported from external directory such as Google Directory and this user's contact unchecked the "Include user in Corporate Directory" parameter, the RC parameters are not supposed to be shown.The behavior is correct on Desktop RC App but it's not the case for Mobile RC App: the "extension" attribute is shown which is not supposed to be the case.

  13. Customer wants to have the option to use their Email instead of the voicemail box as their voicemail storage since the maximum limit of 200 is not enough for them and this would be a good idea for a company that receive a lot of voicemails.

  16. We have a small company and we use a call queue to field all calls coming in on our main number. If someone is on vacation and someone else is at lunch, we have only 1 person available on the phone. If they are on their line, there is no way to know if a call is coming in on the call queue. If we could list is on HUD, we could maybe see when another call is coming in.

When creating a new custom role (using Standard as base role), permissions under "User Call Logs" parameter becomes uneditable (greyed out) once the "Site Call Logs- Full Access" under Multi-Sites is ticked. The need to create custom manager role where it should have full access to the call logs of the sites but should not have permission to delete it's own call recordings is currently not achievable due to this. There should be permission parameters to be added to make this custom role feasible.
