Fax Routing and From Number
We would like the ability to add a secondary fax recipient when the original fax recipient is out of office with out super admin having to manually change it each time. Also, the ability for all users to have the ability to chose company fax number as the "from" instead of individual lines or company main line.

Customer requested to have an option to receive and monitor incoming fax to multiple extension without using the email notification option.

Support NFC Connection on Android phone for Poly Edge E450
We have our new Poly Edge E450 phones setup for hotdesking. Currently they work the normal way, to login you would enter your extension and PIN on the phone. But the phone had functionality to automatically log you in using NFC on Android mobile. The NFC works to pair you to the phone via Bluetooth and it will be very beneficial not only to us but to others to have this kind of fature be supported in RC system.

IVR without the need for user input
Currently, when creating an IVR, the system is designed to prompt for a key to be pressed; there is no option to act with no user iteration. For instance, if I want to play a greeting message and immediately after the greeting transfer the call to an extension, this is just not possible because, after the greeting, the user will be required to select and option (press 0-9 keys)

Relocate RECORD USER NAME
PLEASE relocate the RECORD USER NAME button FROM User Details TO Voicemail! It makes so much more sense. Maybe both places would be great! Thank you!

There are fax recipients that do not have direct numbers so it would be helpful if an option to put their extension number will be available when sending externally.
