  1. It would be beneficial for customers with Polycom phones with limited lines to allow local directories be setup and supported by RingCentral to enable storage of local contacts.

  2. Customer needs a way to report on international calls for departmental charge back. The need to create a custom report that details the calls for the past 12 months. There is no way to do that in Analytics today. The data can be pulled from the call log, but it is a very time consuming manual process.

  3. RingCentral already has implemented Opt-in / Opt-out controls for its high volume A2P SMS product. This is also a necessity for the Enhanced Business SMS product to keep all customers as well as RingCentral compliant.This enhancement should cover the automatic blocking of texting company-wide to numbers which have explicitly opt-out, but it should add auto-replies similar to the functionality of RingCentral Automator for company-wide use that are controlled by Admins for individual lines and company phone numbers as well.

  6. We are checking the on online account in the user extension, we are able to find the in which call queue and IVR the extension is receiving calls from It would be better if you would include which users are forwarding the calls to the extension of the user in question

  7. The blocked call voicemail for either specified blocked numbers or withheld numbers (under Greeting & hold music for a call queue) cannot be customised. Allow user to upload their own custom voicemail announcement like in others arrears of the system.

  10. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

  14. It would be helpful if RingCentral can distinguish if any incoming or missed calls were from landline or cellphones. Sometimes, we need to text the number who we missed a call from but are not sure if they are receiving the text.

    It used to be that if you tried to text a landline, it would bounce back, but it doesn’t even do that leaving you uncertain if the reason they didn’t respond was the landline or something else..

  15. Can we have the option to disable the separate incoming call window in RingCentral web? It's a little bothersome when you are typing something, and you get interrupted by that window. I am fine with tabbing back over to answer a call; in addition to using the call options. It was fine before the new UI kicked in.

  18. We have multiple queues and when I create a rule I have to do it for each one. It would be nice to be able to create rules for multiple queues at the same time or copy from one queue to the next.
