  1. Instead of live monitor (listen) to a call, it would be great if you could monitor (listen) to all calls from a user instead of "dial in" to each call. The use case is, that we have coaches who listen to our calls from our users e.g. one hour. Currently they need to "dial in" in every call individuell. If the could "dial in" just in the beginning and then listen to all calls until they disconnect would save a lot of clicks and missed beginnings of conversations.

  4. We would like to send texts to our employees and do a blind copy of all the numbers. Currently we can do a group text of up to ten people but it is not a blind copy. Is there a feature that we can use?

  5. It would be very helpful if there is an option to upload a company wide phonebook that will be used by all users. I just spoke to Ringcentral support and was advised that at the moment, the only option is to upload individually to each user which is not ideal and time consuming. A better option would be to upload to the admin portal and all users can pull the contacts from there and it would be great if each user is given an option when saving a new contact to either save it as a local contact (for their…

  7. It indicated that 5 calls would have to be in the queue before a caller gets transferred to voicemail and there is no way to send a caller to voicemail directly. That means our employees have to sit and listen to the call ring for about 3 minutes if the employee is available (instead of do not disturb) but just cannot take the call. I don’t want our employees constantly sitting on do not disturb because calls don’t go to voicemail.

  10. RingCentral Desk Phone password change. Polycom desk phone revert back to its default password on the next after changing the password when devices are purchased from RingCentral and is locked.

    Needs to have a way to change password on the GUI without it going back to it default set up even if this is locked under RingCentral.

    This is prone to attack and has security rick.

  11. A button to stop the recording is currently available on the delisted RingCentral Phone app. This feature should also be available on the unified new RingCentral app as this is beneficial for callers that request to mask or stop the recording during a point of call.

  13. May we suggest that another email address be added to the account for authentication purposes. Sometimes we need to reset the router so RingCentral sends our very busy doctor the code before individuals in the office can regain use. We switched the email address to mine in the admin portal but then when he needed to get into the portal, he experienced difficulties so he switched the contact email address back to his.

On the desktop version of RingCentral, we have issues where if Chrome version 104 is blocked by our web filter it will cause the app to not work correctly, such as not allowing users to enable or disable their call queue status.We want to ask if there is a fix for this as we would prefer not to keep that version of Chrome unblocked for security reasons.
