  2. In the past, when a caller would reach an IVR and choose the option for the Dial By Name Directory, they were able to press 0 to return to the IVR menu and choose a different option. However, with the new next-generation call handling, when a caller presses zero, it directs them back to the beginning of the call flow if 'Follow incoming call routing selection' is selected for Zero Dialing at the site.   10. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his mobile number.

  11. Provisioned phone Local 10-way or more conference calling. Yealink T48S to have Local conference calling. Looking if this feature can be available to deskphones thats only support 3 way calling and provisioned with RingCentral.

  18. We don't have our employees use the application. We don't have it installed on the PC or phones. They are strictly fielding calls from customers from Mitel 6940w desk phones, which work great but they can't log themselves in and out of the queue status. As of now, we have to set their phones to DND, which means that while they won't field calls from customers, they can't take calls from anyone else.

Company A has a RingCentral account and numbers Main Number directs the calls to my individual extension hence I want another number to redirect it to the same main number / Can I receive calls from the two main numbers on my single RingCentral App on my phone, even if those are on different accounts
