Please make an option to select a default email app that is used for sharing voicemails via email. Also when sharing voicemails it would be nice to be able to share the phone number and date/time of voicemail along with the actual audio file.1 vote -

Custom roles
We should have an option to specify even more the access we can provide to a custom role. For example, giving a performance report access to an extension with a limitation to a specific department or call queues.

Display Device Name on Switch Port Name in RingCentral
The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.

Mute incoming call notifications while currently on a call for Mobile App
while on a Carrier call, and RC Mobile App will have another call, mobile device will still ring. Requesting to have the same function with desktop app. Call waiting audio alert. Mobile app's option is only to enable or disable notification settings for incoming calls.

MFA Validation
Our MFA validation code gives us 60 seconds to type in and it is taking 120 seconds for the code to come in to our mailbox, so we aren't able to validate the code in time. Can we change the amount of time the code is good for to 5 minutes instead of 1?

Show Company Name, Not Phone Number For Incoming Calls
When someone calls any of the companies under our main RingCentral Accout, the App should show the name of the company they are calling, NOT the phone number. Or we should have the option as to which to show.

Enabling Automatic Call Recordings for a specific Site
Enabling Automatic Call Recordings can only be done through the main site.Due to confidentiality reasons and time consuming for hundred of users, enabling the ACR through a specific site would be ideal, safe and time saving.The cx suggested if we can automate the ACR on all agents on a specific site without touching the rest unnecessarily.

Identify a saved contact using the company name
Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

Multiple and / or more flexible audio interruption
Hi there,I don't know why, but the current system only allow for 1 specific audio when interrupting.This is very limitating.
