Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.

  8. Pressing One to answer should be optional. This is an unnecessary and in many cases unwanted step. It also can be dangerous because in many cases because often calls forward to a driver who has to press one while driving.

  9. Just got an Alexa Echo Show 8. Would like to see a RC Phone app for it. On the show, maybe it could do video, as well. I did see the Meetings app, but I don't want a meeting--I want a 1-to-1 experience just like voice phone.

After speaking to a Contact Center Engineer, it is my understanding that you are able to log into RingCentral.com using ANY phone number assigned to Auto-Receptionist and a valid extension.Please limit either the ability to log into RingCentral.com to ONLY the main company number and a user's assigned number/numbers OR (preferably) create a feature where admins can set which phone numbers are allowed for logging into RingCentral.com

  14. As I am experiencing the thing, I purchased one extension for my company but i have 10 employees who have to be on same extension to answer... SO please help us with this so we could log in to same extension on multiple devices... that would be so helpful..

  15. Currently users will have to upload the mp3 file for the greeting message.The other greeting messages for the company have been created using text-to-speech already. However, there's no text-to-speech option or feature for the call recording greeting.

  18. I need a way from the ringcentral admin portal to set phone settings. I want to be able to set a default ringer volume and call volume. The other option to to set screen time. I have 56 phones in a school and after a period of time they go black and people think they are not working. I want the screen on all the time.

  19. Allow callers to press 0, * or # and be transferred to another phone number when the caller reaches your voicemail greeting. Voicemail owners would prefer giving callers a choice on whether to leave a voicemail message, or transfer to another person like an operator, individual or ringing group. Allow within a users voicemail setting to configure the 0, *, or # destination when a caller reaches an individual voicemail box.
