Dialed Number for Incoming Caller ID in RingCentral App
The dialed number is currently not showing in the RingCentral app, phone app, and mobile phone app. It is showing in analog/physical phone though. Please add this feature in the applications as well. Thanks.

The admin wants to disable the direct message from guest/external but the guest can be added on the Teams.

Add audio indication when user gets a call as an overflow agent. Right now only the line flashes, but having an audio indication would be helpful. A flashing only line can easily be missed

Wish to have the member of a call queue that is also part of the overflow call queue rang even if they have active call queue calls and not just a flashing light

Allow filtering on selected extension on Key Press Assignment screen
It would be very helpful if we could filter the extensions to only show the ones that are selected. Currently you have to filter by other fields or go through each page to find which extension is currently set for the key.IVR Menus >> Key Presses >> Edit

Cost Centers Improvement
Ιn the cost center manager center, when someone presses on the parent cost center to be able to see an overview of the total users and the sum amounts of the cost centers directly assigned to the parent cost center.

Show availability/status in Company contact list.
Just had a use case, where an employee was trying to find someone in a dept to call, but there isn't an easy way to see who's working. Right now you'd have to start a conversation with each person, or click each person in the company contacts to view the status in their profile. It would make things a lot easier to have this presence state visible in the list view. Bonus if the company contacts could be sorted/grouped by dept.

Option to choose a call out number on a desk phone
We have two companies. It would be nice to use the same desk phone to make calls from different company phone number without having to change it in admin portal.

Heads Up Display Needs to Show Status
In Ring Central Phone - when we updated our status it showed up in the HUD. In Ring Central 22.4, it does not, and is very hard for users to actually find.

Dialpad stay on top of other windows
The dial pad should have an option to stay on top of all other windows (stay in the forefront). It is frustrating when you're in a call and doing other things and you have to bring up the dial pad window again to do a prompt or mute/unmute, etc. If there was an option to be able to click to other windows but the dial pad always stayed on top that would be great. I would make a button to pin the dial pad on top while in a call or unpin it AND have an option in settings to…

Manual Override by Human for port out required.. Complaint filed with FCC today
Been trying for 6 weeks to port number out. I enter info from portal/my bill/account. My zip codes have not changed, but transfer fails with "invalid zip code". Repeated same steps 20X. Many hours wasted talking to RingCentral and Fi. It's a way to force customers to stay. Remaining choice is to abandon my business phone number of 25 years, and get a new one. Very, very bad RingCentral!

Droppng a call into VM
There is no way to transfer a call directly into someone's voicemail. Sometimes callers will request to leave a message for someone but in order to put them into the voicemail the phone has to ring out to be connected to the voicemail. There needs to be a option to hit a button to transfer directly to voicemail without the phone ringing out first.

Simultaneous Ring for Failover Groups
Per the description, it seems odd that the option to have Simultaneous ring is not available for a call queue when adding a fail over group. For contractual SLA's on call answering, having anything other than Simultaneous pushing the call beyond the SLA when agents are unable to answer the call.

Show first page of received fax in body of email
Hi folks!Often I look back in my emails to find a particular received fax, and its a huge pain to open each attachment. Would be very helpful to have the first page show in the body of the fax. Doesn't need to be full size either.I had this option at a competitor and I really miss it. Jake

Need to see other incoming Caller ID name or number while an extension in use
When a call comes in and one user is on the phone already every staff member extension needs to see who the incoming call is in order to best route.
