When iPhone OS and Android OS inbound RingCentral text messages, and RingCentral voice mail messages are transcribed to text, and subsequently emailed to the RingCentral user’s email client, the message font in the email client is so small it is unreadable. RingCentral must give the user the ability to upsize/upscale or increase the size of the default font that is transmitted to the user email client.   2. The side panel covers the main chat area unless the app window is set very wide. For me, the app has to take up over half of my working screen before it allows both the side panel and main panel to be fully viewable. This problem did not occur for the first 2 years or so that I used RC; it just began on 2/22/22. Prior to that date, the window allowed both panels to be fully visible, regardless of app window width.

  4. From a quality and company security purpose, it would be wonderful if Admins were able to record all sms messages sent and received from all company extensions. At least access an archive database of the sms sent and received.

Customer wants an option where they can hear the caller's name and phone number during the voicemail announcement if the caller did not provide it on the actual voicemail message The customer doesn't want to use call logs, email notification, or applications to view the callers' number or name.Also wants a feature that if they receive a voicemail and they want to forward it to another user, they want an option to record their own message advising the recipient that they are forwarding the voicemail

  7. We are into recruitment business and we are using this texting feature everyday. We can pull out reports of calls and messages. But why not text? That'd would be a great add-on feature for pulling out the texting report of each user in the organization.

  8. Current situationCurrently when in the separate external 'Meetings' and app we schedule a meeting for a future time that meeting shows under the 'Meetings' tab at the bottom of the screen.   10. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

  11. I enjoy using the Ring Cental texting option on my phone/desktop during work hours but I do not want to receive text messages after work hours. I would like to have a setting that would allow me to only receive text messages during a particular time (IE: 9AM - 5PM similar to the phone setting). If I am unable to do this, I will have to stop using the app for this purpose.

  13. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  15. Please add 5 minute increments in the office hours times. This way I can close my office phones 5 minutes before we close VS at 5pm. I would like to have my phones stop at 4:55 pm.

  16. The most current version of the RC App (22.1.31.106750) has shrunk the dial pad to about half of it's normal size. This makes it difficult to dial out or read the keypad. The recommendation is a setting that allows you to adjust the size of the dial pad based on the individual user's current need.

  18. Zoom added their Universal Binary which supports their M1 chips without going through their Rosetta 2 emulation. I believe this would help RingCentral as I occasionally experience application freezes on the M1 when trying to enable my camera / audio too quickly after loading into a meeting or trying to share my screen. I believe natively supporting the M1 would resolve those issues.

  20. I have ordered 3 phone line back in March 2022 to work with our clock in software. Since then we have had issues with getting the lines registered I have been working on this issue with MITC who host our clock in software. Can we set up a time to see what is going on with the registration of the phone lines? I would like to coordinate with MITC and RingCentral to get this going. We currently have about 6 lines set up and working, just seem we are missing a step
