  3. I hope that you may be able to take a look at this considering to update the system limitation feature. Like if someone have 2 units PC and laptop and using the same account for ringcentral phone, both of them would synchronize. For example, I have already read a certain message from my laptop, then when I open my PC, it should be mark as read too because the current system sees these as two different end points so it wont update the notification when switching between the two so it's kind of confusing and time consuming when you manually…

  4. Currently its about a long 10 second pause after entering the name prior to hearing anything. It would be nice if the prompt said we could press a key to finalize the submission or shorten up the timer.

  6. We have our new Poly Edge E450 phones setup for hotdesking. Currently they work the normal way, to login you would enter your extension and PIN on the phone. But the phone had functionality to automatically log you in using NFC on Android mobile. The NFC works to pair you to the phone via Bluetooth and it will be very beneficial not only to us but to others to have this kind of fature be supported in RC system.

  14. Shared Lines BLA feature is available to RingCentral MVP Ultimate and Premium accounts only with compatible device such as VVX310, VVX410, VVX500, VVX300, VVX400, VVX600, VVX301,
    VVX311, VVX411, VVX501, VVX601, VVX 350, VVX 450. it would be better if we can also cater all compatible shared line device to have the BLA function. Call can be put on / taken off hold on any phone.

Please add the internet fax printer driver to the unified app, this is currently part of the desktop phone app and we desperately need this to move forward with using the unified app. This has nothing to automatically printing faxes so please do no merge it with that idea. This is solely for printing a document INTO the RC unified app to be SENT as a fax.

  16. In our account we have 2 types of licenses due to an agreement made during implementation on pricing of these two licenses. While the license itself is the exact same (MVP) the cost is different and therefore broken down into MVP and MVP. I would like the ability, as the Admin, to select which license to assign to which extension. The MVP^ licenses are meant for emergency lines while the MVP is designated for End Users. When auditing my account, I notice that Users and Emergency Lines are mixed between both MVP and MVP. Currently my only workaround…

  17. Currently if "Reject" an incoming call on my desk phone it still continues to ring on my desktop and mobile app. "Reject" should be synced so the call stops ringing at all locations and goes to voicemail

  18. Please create the ability to have different 911 notification people per location. This way someone local can be selected to get notifications for their location but not ALL locations. But also where some can get for ALL if necessary
