  2. Under the Caller ID restrictions, the "Allow direct numbers as Caller ID" option currently enables end users to call out using both IVR numbers and queue numbers they are members of. However, callers should only have the option to use the queue number as their outbound Caller ID (OBCID) without access to all of the site's IVR numbers.

    The core need is the ability to:

    Tag/Highlight Faxes: Apply custom tags (e.g., "Invoice," "Patient Intake," "Urgent HR") to instantly categorize the fax type.

    Leave Comments/Notes: Add internal, persistent notes to a specific fax (e.g., "Requires manager approval," "Follow-up needed by EOD," or specific processing instructions).

  9. The requirement of a locally installed desktop plugin, or the full mobile app to leverage the Microsoft Teams inegration make what could be a very powerful option less practical. Having the ability to use the embedded Teams app free of any additional software would be an ideal experience! The desktop plugin requirement introduces application packaging and delivery requriements that are not necessary with the RC web app raising the question as to why they are required for the Teams integration.

  10. The Customer have multiple users (500) on the account, different sites with each call queues. The Customer wants to have an easier way in adding the custom rules per user.
    Currently, the User call handling template option does not include a custom rule.
    We've also checked User settings. There's no option to just include the Custom rule alone and when adding a rule, it does not include "Calling me at".

  13. For the current settings for the screen callers, the dropdown for "Ask for a name when" has "Not in contact list", which only exempts the personal contact list. It would be helpful if the synced contacts from Microsoft/Google were also included in this, so they wouldn't have to announce each time they call in to RingCentral users. The same goes with internal users.

  16. Currently, in the admin portal, when a customer selects “Verify Email Uniqueness”, the system checks whether the email is already associated with another extension. If the email is found to be in use, we’re given the option to edit and update the email on the existing extension to make it unique.

    We would also like to have an additional option: when the system detects that the email is already linked to another extension, provide the ability to delete the previous account directly from this prompt.
