  1. Deskphone presence should include an option for the monitoring phone to display caller information (such as Caller ID or CNAM) for incoming calls on monitored extensions.

    It's crucial that individuals monitoring calls via their desk phone (e.g., Mitel 6920 IP Phone) can view caller details. This feature allows them to determine whether they need to answer calls on behalf of the extensions or users they are monitoring.

  3. Voice and video messaging is already available for RingCx plans but not RingEx plans. This is a basic messaging feature that should be included in all plans. All messaging platforms in the market have it.

We have setup a forwarding in our account from our main number to call queue we setup our call queue that if its not answered it will forward to an IVR menu where the caller can select which voicemail they will leave their message however upon setting up redirect call from user extension its looping back to the main number, we have consulted ringcentral support and we informed that there will be a conflict on this setup and we will need to choose 1 feature to be enabled We need our callers to be forwarded to the main number when…

  10. Currently, you can only configure certain Dial-By Name Directory settings under the Main Site General Settings. It would be helpful to be able to have a separate Dial-By-Name Directory setting menu for each site. For example, currently, you can only choose to search by First Name or Last Name at a company-wide level. We would like to be able to change each of these settings to fit our sites' needs (one site might want to search by first name, one by last name).

  14. We would like the green Parked Call popup box to automatically close when the parked call is answered. This will be a nice feature to have so that we can be assured that the parked call is answered. Currently, the popup remains open, and we have to manually check to see if someone picked up the parked call, which is inefficient.

  16. You give the ability to add co-recipients to Voicemail box however not to Faxes, yet you have a place to add the co-recipient which is deceiving. We should have the basic ability to add all our users to be able to see the Fax extension and get notifications via email

  18. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

  19. Have app save my choice for input and output. If the headset is not recognized, them go to the default setting.

    The app should remember the last setting. Only go to default if the that choice(headset) is not available.
