  1. Currently, you can only configure certain Dial-By Name Directory settings under the Main Site General Settings. It would be helpful to be able to have a separate Dial-By-Name Directory setting menu for each site. For example, currently, you can only choose to search by First Name or Last Name at a company-wide level. We would like to be able to change each of these settings to fit our sites' needs (one site might want to search by first name, one by last name).

  2. Subscriber A redirects to Subscriber B. It should be possible for subscriber B to be able to reach subscriber A by telephone despite call diversion being initiated by subscriber A.

  3. Offer option to silence all notifications outside of work hours (phone, SMS/text, etc). This would be both in the desktop and mobile apps.

    Currently we only have phone settings that allow us to forward calls to voicemail. A similar function for SMS/Text messages or just the ability to silence notifications would be great.

  5. Use case: Users often need to move a call from their desktop app over to mobile and back. AI notes are becoming increasingly popular.

    Problem: AI notes stop if a call is switch from one endpoint to another.

    Feature request: Add support for AI notes to keep going when a call is switched from Destkop to mobile.

  8. The customer is requesting to have a feature wherein when you pause or resume the call recording during the call, there should have a feature that the announcement will be mute/turn off so that it will not be heard by other party of the line.

  9. Deskphone presence should include an option for the monitoring phone to display caller information (such as Caller ID or CNAM) for incoming calls on monitored extensions.

    It's crucial that individuals monitoring calls via their desk phone (e.g., Mitel 6920 IP Phone) can view caller details. This feature allows them to determine whether they need to answer calls on behalf of the extensions or users they are monitoring.

  11. Voice and video messaging is already available for RingCx plans but not RingEx plans. This is a basic messaging feature that should be included in all plans. All messaging platforms in the market have it.

We have setup a forwarding in our account from our main number to call queue we setup our call queue that if its not answered it will forward to an IVR menu where the caller can select which voicemail they will leave their message however upon setting up redirect call from user extension its looping back to the main number, we have consulted ringcentral support and we informed that there will be a conflict on this setup and we will need to choose 1 feature to be enabled We need our callers to be forwarded to the main number when…

  20. Current fax cover sheet shows the phone number the same as fax number. Specialties call the number thinking that is our phone number. It would be nice if we could edit the number so callers do not get confused.
