forward call to another extensions voicemail
When a call comes into a central main phone line, I want the receptionist to be able to forward the call directly to the voicemail of another extension to leave a message with the extension ringing.

Images in built-in signature should not be added as additional page
Customer has built-in company email signature that cannot be removed and it's adding up 5 pages to the total fax attachment.

When we're waiting for a number to be ported in I think it would be highly appreciated if we can set it up as a Substitute caller ID so we could use the RingCentral system as soon as we got it instead of waiting for the numbers to be fully ported.

Cisco Forward all calls option
Cisco phones in general don't have the option to forward all calls from call preferences on its settings. It would be efficient to have this option available so reception phones can be automatically forwarded to external numbers without the need to log into the portal.

Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

Mute incoming call notifications while currently on a call
Currently, while on a call other incoming calls will ring, can be heard by all parties, and must be rejected. An option to turn on DND whenever a call is taking place would eliminate this distraction.

It would be great if the receipt of the payments will be visible in the admin portal and can be downloaded as this is helpful for bookkeeping.

Sending fax from the contacts RingCentral app. should Identify automatically the fax number saved on the contacts.
When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number. delete a member on sms
An option to delete a member on group chat for SMS -
Currently the only option available for SMS is to delete a message from sender or receiver -

USER Voicemail PIN Change
We have User Info disabled for our users so they don't accidentally change their name information. For some reason the ability for a USER to change their voicemail pin is tied to User Info. We need to be able to allow users to change their voicemail pin without enabling USER info in the role. Please add this as this seems like a basic request that should have been addressed already.

Prompt for Active Extension
The customer would like an option to have a disabled feature for the extension that cannot be dialed when the caller is waiting in the queue. Because the system transfers the call to another extension (when dialed) when it detects it is an active extension.

External shared directory - cannot input the same data for mobile numbers and company number
When you export the existing file, you cannot put the same data for mobile numbers and company numbers. It will give you an error unless it is a different number. Hope you can input the same number for them.
