  1. As of right now, there’s not an option to choose the SMS/Text archive into Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive. The next best thing is Google OneDrive. Our firm (along with many other businesses) use Microsoft 365 for all their business tech. This functionally would be very convenient if the integration was built.

  2. We currently cannot quickly text a customer while we are on the phone with that customer while using the desktop program on computer (not the extension). We have to take multiple steps such as: Go to text and create a new text, search their contact, etc. A simple and easy solution to this would be one of 2 options below:Show the Ongoing Call in the calls area, while we are on the call (currently the call only shows after we end the call). This will allow us to text someone quickly just as we can any past calls that show…

  3. Program features on button configuration. IE - blind transfer to Call Queue or specific person or to a VM or mailbox destination.

    In medical offices phones are often shared and computers are not always accessible in a busy office. One-touch transfer to users, ring groups/call queues, speed dial routing to CX via a Call Queue being forwarded and directly to a voicemail/message only ext. is greatly needed.

  4. Improve the offline devices alerts. Right now the platform can send an alert from Analytics when more than 1 device is offline at a location. Looking for the ability to put a timeframe to be alerted after a device has been offline for more than 72hrs.

Request to provide administrators with the ability to disable or lock settings on desk phones—specifically to prevent users from changing the ring volume or enabling Do Not Disturb (DND) status on Yealink T43U and other supported models. This feature would help organizations enforce consistent phone behavior and reduce user-configured disruptions.

  7. When a customer schedules a RingCentral meeting, the "Allow to start and stop recording" option under Advanced Settings is missing. We were informed that this feature is not intended for general customers and is currently limited to internal staff and technical partners.

    We kindly request that this feature be made available to all RingCentral customers in a future release.

Wanting to correct internal fax to email notifications to mirror same patterns of actually displaying/sending the attachments and cover letters of a fax the same as the external traffic displays and receives the data. Currently internal communication only notifies staff to check portal for the fax data over sending the data directly via an outlook email.

  9. We would like to customize our prompt for failed outbound calls. For example, when we dial a phone number and accidentally pressed a single digit we will get the message "sorry, but your call cannot be completed", we want this to be configurable.

  11. Currently, when both sender and recipient use toll-free numbers, faxes are routed through a generic path since toll-free numbers lack fixed geographic endpoints. This routing is less reliable and often results in failures. We request an improvement in how TFN to TFN fax traffic is handled, with more robust routing, better support for explicitly setting the “sent from” toll-free fax number, and clearer error feedback when failures occur.

  12. It would be ideal for the ability to manage call notes email notifications at the user level, not just within the admin portal.

    We have different team members that have different preferences for the various email notification settings.

    Configuring a user settings template just simply overwrites everyone's settings to the same thing and limits customizing your email notification settings for your needs.

  13. The client would like the ability to set the Call Park Timeout per site, rather than applying the setting account-wide. Additionally, they would prefer to have the option to modify the Call Park Timeout directly within the Admin Portal.

  14. Could we use ACO to automatically call carers at intervals throughout their overnight shift.
    If a carer doesn't answer these automated calls, it could indicate they've fallen asleep, and their visit would then be flagged for a quality review.
