  3. When Ring Central forwards my texts - I am a customer of Ring Central it has an added Advertisement for Ring Central - this is ridiculous.

  4. Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.

  5. Please allow me to register for TCR and then disable outbound sms. We want to be able to receive verification codes but don't want to have to keep up with all of these rules and make sure all employees are up to date. I need to be able to prevent employees from unknowingly breaking some rule.

  7. Seems crazy that you can't SMS a customer a Google/Apple Maps link to a location as it's getting marked as spam. We're a service based business that travels and meets customers on various site locations. Often times the 'address' given brings people to the wrong location so it's easier to drop a PIN and share the actual hyperlink to the meeting location. See an example below.

Users should have the ability to customize the error message if somebody will send a text message to their number and that number is not sms capable or cannot receive text. for example, an error message can be. "This number cannot receive text" rather than just message failed because it gives a negative connotation to the company's number.

  11. Since it is required by TCR that all SMS messages to clients have an opt out message , it would advantageous to have a feature where this message is auto populated on all messages sent through our ring central app.

  12. Texts are often scrambled when received through ring central. For example, someone will send a longer, singular, text message. It will then be received as multiple texts that are out of order. Makes it really difficult to read the message.

  13. When I am texting with someone, often times, the icon that appears around the initials of their name is the EXACT same color of the icon that appears around my initials. This often leads to me missing texts since it looks like I was the last person to respond. There NEEDS to be a way to differentiate the numbers in the chat. Bare minimum, drastically different colored icons per number included in the chat, different shapes would be even better!

  14. It would be very useful if any new number added to the account(s) be automatically added to the SMS Campaign otherwise it will be a step administrators will forget to do and the new phone user will not be able to use their text function.

  15. RingCentral Phone can automatically reduce file size of a picture and send SMS/MMS.RingCentral Desktop app does not have this funtion. Please add this feature, it is very convenient. We are forced to switch to RingCentral Desktop application due to RC Phone Window App unreliability.

  17. when customer's main number is set to forward calls to call queue, missed calls should still trigger an auto reply sms from the main number. currently, this only works if auto receptionist is set to forward calls to user extensions

  18. RingCentral already has implemented Opt-in / Opt-out controls for its high volume A2P SMS product. This is also a necessity for the Enhanced Business SMS product to keep all customers as well as RingCentral compliant.This enhancement should cover the automatic blocking of texting company-wide to numbers which have explicitly opt-out, but it should add auto-replies similar to the functionality of RingCentral Automator for company-wide use that are controlled by Admins for individual lines and company phone numbers as well.

  20. It would be beneficial to allow the addition of extra numbers to an sms thread, including the message history, without creating a new group text. If our CSR is messaging a customer and wants to loop in their manager it should be a simple addition and all history should be shared.
