  1. Texts are often scrambled when received through ring central. For example, someone will send a longer, singular, text message. It will then be received as multiple texts that are out of order. Makes it really difficult to read the message.

I would like to be able to order the template texts alphabetically or what ever so that I can find them in a logical order. ie - all texts pertaining to Reminders, or Paperwork Due, etc. - I like and use the templates every day. I used to have a text file on the side of my RC that I would cut and paste into RC. So great addition!

  5. Since we can't currently display the company main number when texting out - defaults to operator number - it would be great to have the company name, instead of the phone number, display when we text out to clients.

  6. The ability to download and save messages contained in the text feature. I like to save certain texts as a reference, perhaps inserting into an email or other media. I've used Amazon Chime, which has this useful feature.

  7. In the admin call log add inbound and outbound SMS messages. It would be nice to see who is texting and what is being said while looking at all of the calls/faxes made.

  8. With clients starting to utilize the texting feature with our team, we need to be able to notify our clients if they text a team member who is out of the office - like you do with emails. It would be great if this could pull in from the out of office message that you put in office.com/outlook.

  10. When super admins download logs for MVP chat messages, they should being in a downloadable, easy to read format (a csv instead of txt file) where it clearly states the users extension and name instead of a creator id.

  12. Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

  14. Share contacts from an apple or android device through RingCentral App as an SMS. Share contact is currently enabled however it sends as an internal message through Chat Message inside RingCentral App.

  16. I'd love to see the new "Send New Text" pop-up window reverted back to the old format where you could see any prior text history when sending a new text. The new popup window has a constricting feel, especially when texting someone there's prior history with that you can't see in the same way as you used to when clicking the "Send New Text" button

  18. GIFs tend to be a major form of communication these days. GIFs are possible in team messaging, but not in SMS texting as far as i can see.
