  1. When super admins download logs for MVP chat messages, they should being in a downloadable, easy to read format (a csv instead of txt file) where it clearly states the users extension and name instead of a creator id.

  4. Share contacts from an apple or android device through RingCentral App as an SMS. Share contact is currently enabled however it sends as an internal message through Chat Message inside RingCentral App.

  5. Getting an error submitting a large MMS file size attachment, I have to compress it first. We are a business entity so it will be helpful if the MMS file size will be increased to more than 1.5 MB.

  6. GIFs tend to be a major form of communication these days. GIFs are possible in team messaging, but not in SMS texting as far as i can see.

  7. Since we can't currently display the company main number when texting out - defaults to operator number - it would be great to have the company name, instead of the phone number, display when we text out to clients.

  8. The ability to download and save messages contained in the text feature. I like to save certain texts as a reference, perhaps inserting into an email or other media. I've used Amazon Chime, which has this useful feature.

  9. On the mobile app & on the old web app, I would see a notification if a text message was not able to go out. On the new desktop/browser apps, there is no notification so if I send an SMS there is no way for me to know that the message did not go out. This is a problem because I think that a co-worker / client received my message & they did not receive anything.   10. Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

  11. Some users never setup e-mail or look at txt messages the admins should have the option to be able to clean up these messages. would be also nice to have a sort options to list whom has the most saved or not viewed messages to see what clean up might be needed

  12. A feature on the Messaging App, enabling one to message SMS to a contacts email. This way one could literally communicate with a contact through any medium: call, video call, fax, text/SMS, and possibly text/SMS to email.

  15. You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.

  16. Our company has numerous on call managers that our staff contact, primarily through texting. We need a way that an employee can text one Manager Line phone number, and depending on which manager is "on call" (i.e. who is set to available in the ring central app) that manager can receive that incoming text message and then choose to reply to it either from their own softphone extension, or respond as the or Manager Line so that the employee contacting us only interacts with one text line.   18. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.
