Hi there! I just had a quick question.. I am trying to use first orion to register my business so that my RingCentral phone numbers will show the business name when my agents outbound. They are asking for me to select a Service Provider but RingCentral does not come up as an option.

Caller ID
I would like the ability to arrange the order that my "My caller ID:" is listed. I have over 25 clear ID's and if I am not using full screen it does not show all my caller ID options. I'd like the ability to rearrange the color ideas in any order I would like or at least the ability to choose by name A- Z etc. or by number.

Provide a hangup sound when someone disconnects a call. I am usually in my CRM and not looking at the RingCentral App, and right now I have to click over there to see if we're disconnected. It's a waste of time for me and time is $$. Thank you.

Block a specific number to send a text message receivied via email notification on a non licensed number
Customer doesn't want to receive a text message from one specific number to a number that is not licensed. Customer wants to have an option to block a specific number.
