  2. Currently, there is no option for agents to confirm if a call was successfully transferred in the RingCentral app. A feature request is being made to add a confirmation notification or status update for transfers.

  5. Desired Behavior: Customer John calls User Suzie -> User Suzie "Conference Calls" with User Bill & Customer John at the same time -> User Suzie hangs up while User Bill and Customer John continue to speak.

    There are no available options for this right now.

    We are aware of Conference Calls; but that doesn't allow User Suzie to hang up and leave the others chatting.

    We are aware of the warm transfer, but that puts the customer on hold while User Suzie and User Bill speak.

  6. When I'm trying to download multiple documents at once it downloads those documents in .json file, it doesn't fix after restarting and redownloading one by one. On the other hand, downloading one at a time takes a lot of time and the problem occurs in one at a time also

  9. Please please please remove or change the "Greet caller with a message feature". It needs to be redesigned, at the very least in the dial in voicemail system.

    It is very often confused for setting the voicemail greeting. It is our top ACO issue...clients set this thinking they are setting there Voicemail Greeting and then 'cannot get inbound calls'.

  10. Other companies offer a way to "flag" text messages to better track what you are working on. I'd like to have a flag to remind me I'm still waiting on an answer or it needs follow up. It would be great if there were different flags that I could customize to fit my needs. It would be nice if we could "Pin" a text feed so it always shows up at the top.

  11. I would like to suggest a feature for adding a much more detailed view of when a user is added and/or removed from the SMS business campaign. Currently when removing a phone number from the SMS campaign, it shows who made the change and the number that was removed. When we add a phone number, it only states "1 number(s) was/were assigned to the registration "Registered Brand" so we have a difficult time trying to get a timeline created when a user requests the feature and states they had it before.

  16. We have a customer reporting an issue where calls are still being received even though Call Waiting is disabled. When the extension is configured for IVR Key Press or Call Queue, the call should not be directed to the extension and should instead go to voicemail, as per the system's design.

    For example, if Extension A is set to IVR Key Press 1, when the caller dialed main number > IVR > presses 1 and is directed to Extension A via the IVR, the system should not be offered to the extension and should instead be sent to voicemail.

  18. We have a customer experiencing issues with sending bulk faxes to multiple recipients (different companies) using the platform's Admin Portal and the FaxOut feature. The issue is that when sending the fax, the recipient details are visible to other recipients, which is not the expected behavior. After conducting tests and confirming with higher management, we have determined this to be a system limitation. We are submitting this case to request a fix for the feature. Screenshots and the specific chat transcript have been documented under case number 27388936.

  19. Messaging notification on the account when someone send an SMS to the phone number assigned to the site is being sent to the operator of the main site.

I am writing on behalf of our customer who has expressed a need to be able to download a conversation in the RingCentral App. It would be nice if there is an option to download the entire conversation in RingCentral App Message. During post go-live support, some customers do not want to just copy and paste the entire conversation because it captures unnecessary information and its tedious. I hope there is a better way to download a conversation in RingCentral App Message.
