  1. Add Partner of Record login access to any account a Partner has sold/installed with admin access per authorized user. This would allow using our own log in credentials to access client accounts and provide an audit trail of who was the users making changes.   2. When you STAR an individual text message which marks it as "ADD TO FAVORT TEXTES" that should move all those Stared text messages to the TOP so you can easily find them. The current problem is that you must scroll though all your text messages to find the ones that are "Stared" . It would also be better of the actual Star would be darker, as it is a very light grey and doesnt stand out from all the other text messages.   8. RingCentral Feature Request: Improved Voicemail Forwarding for Message Only Extensions

    Current Limitations:
    While RingCentral allows setting voicemail notifications for existing email addresses, this functionality isn't available for "Message Only Extensions" under Phone System > Groups.
    Currently, there's no way to manually forward existing voicemails on Message Only Extensions to a newly added external email address.

    Proposed Feature:
    • Implement the ability to forward existing voicemails stored on a Message Only Extension to a user-specified external email address.
    • This functionality should be accessible within the Message Only Extension settings in Phone System > Groups.

  10. Could you please make the following changes to the way customers receive text messages from us?

    Sender Display Name:

    Instead of showing "via RingCentral" as the sender, we’d like the messages to display our main company name (e.g., [Company Name]).

    Sender Phone Number:

    We’d like the number displayed to be our main company number ([Insert Main Company Number]) instead of any alternative numbers.

    These updates are important for ensuring brand consistency and trust in our communications.

Hi Team - Having the option to put the call in the call park & not have it ring to anyone but be able to tell someone that there is a call in call park 1 for them so that individual can pick it up would be very helpful. As of now, every single person's phone rings as soon as a call was in park one and everyone is alerted who was in the call park on the screen.

    Add the Yealink T42U IP phone to the list of RingCentral's certified supported devices for assisted provisioning. This will enable automatic configuration and HD Voice (G.722 codec) functionality.

    Detailed Description:
    - The Yealink T42U is a popular and widely used IP phone model equipped with the G.722 codec, which supports high-definition (HD) voice calls.  
    - Currently, the Yealink T42U is not listed among RingCentral's certified supported phones. This necessitates manual provisioning, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.

  14. I recommend to move Ring Groups away from User Settings into separate module.

    Ring Groups are heavily used in simple call scenarios and deserve more visibility.

    The Queues are not one size fit all and not a substitute for Ring Groups due to their complexity

So while using the add User function a template can be selected thus linking a role to the user account, however, once the account is created you have to open the new accounts role setting to then select the correct role domain setting as it defaults to Company. Can there be an option to either choose the correct site or to have the process select the site domain based on the users Site selected during creation?
