Limited Extension + Hot Desk Device
When a regular user extension log to this type of device, it should show the digital line of the user and the not the phone number of the limited extension. There should be an option to select the phone number that will show up on the phone screen.

TAPI Driver
Interface to enable click-to-dial for software like CRMs, such as ConnectWise Manage. There is one product on the market (CallSight) that has a monopoly on this feature and charges monthly for a driver that should be provided by RingCentral directly.

Mass export of user data
Having a feature that would allow Super Admins to export data from an existing extension in the event of an employee termination or resignation would be very useful. Especially for businesses that have large quantities of correspondence with clients via text captured in Ring Central. My company is currently experiencing a situation wherein a longstanding employee is no longer with the business, but we have no way of easily exporting all the conversations and call recordings used on their extension. Emergency Alert Banner
As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

Hot Desk Phone Voicemails
As of now when users are logging in to a hot desk phone, the voicemails on their RingCentral Application does not sync in on the desk phone. Users should be able to view all their voicemail logs when they log in to the hot desk phone.

Separate Greeting and Hold Music on Call Queue
The call queue holds music, and greetings must play when the customer/clients call the main line. There should be an option to set up a ringtone only when users with extensions are transferring customers from one call queue to another.

Feature Request: From Call Queue Manager Ext. to Call Queue Manager Email
Behavior: Once you've change from Call Queue Manager Email to Call Queue Full Access Manager won't be able to Revert back
Expected Behavior: Be Able to Revert back to Call Queue Manager (Full Access) to Call Queue Manager Email

Custom Call Rules for Call Queue from IVR Menu
Need the ability to create custom rules within call queues for incoming calls through the main IVR menu. So that if someone calls in through the IVR menu and choses one of the options, if they have a specific area code their call is routed to a specific extension, if their area code is not the one specific it goes to the call queue.

Cache On Demand Calls
Please cache calls so that when on-demand call recording is enabled the recording includes the entire call from the start, Webex does this and it is amazing for legal needs.

Toll-Free Numbers
Hi team, I have a client that regularly orders TFN's and they said it's a pain to have to copy & paste the phone numbers from the first step to submit to our support team to provision. Is there a way to get an excel sheet or CSV format of the toll free numbers to remove a step for clients moving forward? Please and thank you!
