voicemail transcript
Enhance and improve voicemail transcript, as the ones currently received are of poor quality and in most cases make no sense.
Also, the current AI being used is via UK biased and needs improving, to take into account International names and accents.

Better Emoji Functionality/Customization(Go Giants! emoji)
During RingCentral meetings, it'd be nice to choose from a variety of emoji reactions instead of the 5 basic options. Being a partner of the San Francisco Giants, it'd be great to get a custom "Go Giants!" reaction emoji. Thanks!

We need the ability to allow multiple devices per login. Our Intake department depends on that feature to access Fax referrals that are critical for our business. We have been able to access the faxes for years until a recent update.

Provide for Persistent Preferences
Several interfaces in the Admin portal allow selection of how many rows of data to display. I routinely change the default setting to "200" or "All" but I do this routinely because my selection does not "stick" from one session to the next -- often reverting to showing only (for example) 10 call queues when I have 47 and would like to see them all by default. Can this be changed?

Change to a different extension on RingCentral App
It would be great if I could log in on my other extension on my RingCentral App but by just clicking change extension on my profile and having the options there without needing to log out on the app and logging in with a different extension's credential

We should have a way to add an extension number to the main site. As of now, we only have options to add extension numbers to other sites for multi-site accounts. This would let the other sites transfer/call the main site easier.
