  1. Currently the only way to "Pin the window" for active call controls, is to select it during an active call. This leaves this option dependent on each user. We have plenty of users who do not familiarize themselves with the app and do not know that pinning the window will allow the window to pop in front of all active windows when they receive a call. I'd like the ability to set the "Pin this Window" globally so it's our default window behavior.

  2. So on the Avaya system, you can assign a user's call appearance (line) to another user as a bridged call appearance. The line is then shared access between the users. The owner can take line off hook and the brdg-a user can see the line offhook. If a call to the line owner rings in the brdg-a user can answer "on that line" place the caller on hold and the owner can then pick up call off hold.   5. Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  7. We need a report in admin portal that shows the excess usage in the plan inclusions so we can determine the SMS and toll-free number that best fits our needs. We currently have toll-free minutes bundle and we would love to know how much of it are we utilizing on a monthly basis

  8. My company would like to have a feature added where the caller ID displays the option a new caller has selected from an IVR menu. For example, if the IVR menu prompts for callers to select options 1 through 4, with each option having a unique group it rings, then the recipients in each group would see that the caller selected option 1, 2, 3, or 4.

If someone calls this number, and the number is busy at the moment, the person that is calling is on a call wait until the line is available again and until someone pick up, but if they do not want to wait anymore, they can press something like 0 to leave a message and that someone can call them back after they are available?

  12. Please consider adding the full range of call blocking features to all extension types. Currently, only user extensions and call queues have the full set of call blocking features. Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions do not have these call blocking capabilities but they are in need of them just as much, as they are also subject to unwanted calls. Customers are being forced to use user licenses to get call blocking features where Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions are more appropriate. You shouldn't need a full user license to block calls.

  15. Wanted to be able to create a custom rule or a fax recipient option based on their phone number. If someone sends a fax number from this number then it should go to this email 1, if another fax number sends from another number then fax message will go to this email 2. It will be depending on the sender's number that they will receive the incoming faxes.

  18. I think it would be beneficial to have an option to have different statuses for different call queues. For example if you have an employee who is in 2 different departments if they were able to adjust their status for one to be available and to be on DND for the other. This would benefit us as some of our employees are "fluid" and may be directed to one department more than the other on certain days.

  19. Allow RingCentral admins to see where voicemail emails are coming from by showing the IP address. This helps them keep an eye on security and fix any issues faster. They can control who sees this info and get alerts for any suspicious activity. Also, make it easy to connect with other security systems for better protection. This update gives admins more control, helps them stay on top of security, and makes it simpler to manage any problems that come up with voicemail emails.
