  2. There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.

  3. Right now admins can only archive data for call recording for all users but not other data like faxes. It would be great to have the ability to archive data for all users as admin.

  6. Looking to accomplish what can already be done today when creating ad-hoc conference calls via physical IP phones. The host can drop off of the conference call and the 2 far-end callers can continue to communicate.

  7. It would be very useful to be able to create a message-only extension that does not require interaction beyond administrator creation. Administrators should be able to configure the PIN code and activate without an end user receiving an email and performing activation procedures.

  12. Currently, if a user needs a standard MVP license and uses a desk phone, they MUST have a DID assigned. There are many use cases where you may want to assign a desk phone to a user without using a number from the inventory. This is currently causing a lot of problems in my organization.I've heard it was previously possible to assign a desk phone without using a DID. I'd like to bring that feature back.

  15. Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

  16. Expected Behavior:
    - Partner wanting to have a set up from the RingCentral Teams (Glip Group) have an option of allowing guest users to add members

    Current Behavior:
    - Only Admin of the RingCentral teams have option to add new members
    - Guest are only able to view the Teams settings but no option to make changes

    Steps to replicate
    1. Login to RingCentral app
    2. Select a Team(Glip Group)
    3. Select 3 vertical dots > View Profile
    4. Team Admin Settings

    Request is to have option to allow guest members to be able to add new members and select

  18. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

  20. Super Admin should have the ability to press a button on the Admin Portal to force log out all devices they are signed in. This should also be coordinated with teh Account Validation button. Once enabled, Super Admins should have a way to force log out and require everybody to undergo account validation to assure that only legitimate sign-ins happen account wide.
