  4. In the past, when a caller would reach an IVR and choose the option for the Dial By Name Directory, they were able to press 0 to return to the IVR menu and choose a different option. However, with the new next-generation call handling, when a caller presses zero, it directs them back to the beginning of the call flow if 'Follow incoming call routing selection' is selected for Zero Dialing at the site.   11. Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

  12. Columns in the call logs of the we portal is fixed and cannot be changed. Hope there's a way to customize or arrange the columns reflected in the call logs.

  13. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his mobile number.

  14. Provisioned phone Local 10-way or more conference calling. Yealink T48S to have Local conference calling. Looking if this feature can be available to deskphones thats only support 3 way calling and provisioned with RingCentral.
