  1. want to set up options where we can manully delete bulk faxes instead of doing it one by one , there should also be an option where we can set up a period that faxes can be kept on our inbox and auto delete it on certain period

  2. Currently the automatic reports can only be sent automatically for all the calls received on the account. Would like the possibility to be sent automatically with the same fields but only for certain users/call queues/phone numbers

  4. Currently Toll Free Numbers display United States on the Caller ID even though the business is in Canada. Would be great to show Canada under the number.

  5. On the desktop app, I can add a url to open after I answer a call. For parity, I would like to be able to do the same on the Mobile app. Open a URL when I answer a call from the mobile app.

  7. It would be nice if the RC mobile and desktop apps were compatible with ALL wireless/bluetooth headphones vs. the short list of headsets currently compatible. I have run into issues with 3 different pairs of bluetooth earbuds only working temporarily, and then inevitably run into issues. I do not want to wear a headset, and would prefer to answer calls using the RC desktop app using wireless headphones connected to by laptop via bluetooth.

On our previous phone system we had the ability to start typing an extension on the physical phone and it would begin the lookup of the corporate directory without having to go into a search feature. It would be nice to be able to start entering an extension and it begin to populate users with that extension sequence

  11. It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

If a Call queue Manager is assigned multiple call queue, they should be able to look at the detailed call logs for both queues at the same time; currently this is only possible in the "simple" call log view.This makes it tedious for auditing purposes as a queue manager must move in and out of call queues to look at detailed call logs.

  15. ... other than placing the call on hold and letting the person know they have a call on line 1-4.. Four trunk appearances on all phones that can be placed on hold and picked up from any phone (Not by parking a call or any other method) other than placing the call on hold and letting the person know they have a call on line 1-4.

  18. I should see on my end that the call is coming from another extension if that extension missed the call. For example :It will ring to ext 1 deskphone if she missed the call the call will be transferred to me but I should see that the call is coming from ext 1.
