  1. Add the ability for clients that have multiple sites to use either a 'company directory' or 'site directory'. For 'site directory', this will limit callers to identify individuals at the site they have called into. Additionally, you could use an extension list to build the site directories and allow the IVR to point to that extension list only.

  4. Would like the ability to ring to one group at one ring, then another group at another ring, and another group at third ring, etc. The ability to switch who the call goes to based on the amount of rings.

  5. My business isn't text heavy, so my plan is 100 per month. However, I continue to DRAMATICALLY EXCEED that amount because clients (if they have an iPhone) click the 'like' or 'thumbs up' or 'happy face' or whatever it is on their end when they receive a text from my number. When they do that I receive an auto-text describing the happy face, thumbs up, etc. This costs me a text message from my plan hence I exceed the 100 by so many. If the consumer just didn't hit like or happy face or whatnot on the text the problem…

  6. We really like the idea of calls rolling from a primary queue to an Overflow Members queue, however, we don't want calls to roll immediately to the Overflow. We would like to only use them if a call holds for a few moments first. This would minimize disruptions to the Overflow Members.

  7. It is hard to differentiate between conversations, visually, except for the side bar that indicates the name or group being spoken to. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to change each conversation visually so that we would have visual cues that indicate which conversation with which we're about to communicate.An example would be to set Person A to have a blue background while Person B would have a green background with square watermarks.   9. If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

  12. i would like to drag and drop a contacts database from excel into RingCentral. People in inspections, sales, or purchasing as well as other areas where they make numerous contacts would benefit from being able to import contacts in bulk.

Being able to snap elements of the RingCentral app interface in and out to run it in a more focused/minimal way would be helpful as it does take up a fair bit more screen real estate compared to Slack, which we had previously used for messaging. I know we can zoom the interface view to use a smaller font but the current, monolithic interface still doesn’t lend itself to running in a more lightweight mode

  14. I'd like to carrier the provider's name of the inbound and outgoing calls. I would like Carrier information or the ability to do it. I'm a fraud hunter and use RingCentral to put an end to it. I also would like to put flags on calls for future review without having some expensive CRM. The ringcentral app is the best and I want to make it even better plus safer for people.   17. Is it possible to customize the softphone to process the audio stream differently? In case of language neutralization, we don’t want to send the support person’s audio stream directly over call. We instead want the translated stream to be passed over the call. It would require customization in the softphone. Will we have the option for such customizations in the softphone audio stream handling flow? Is the audio stream a dual channel?

  18. Be able to run performance reports for calls, queues, meetings, etc, that contains the data real and be sent via email. What is being experienced is that reports received via email is 24 hours delay (data of yesterday).
