  1. The new RingCentral Video does not support filtering Meetings to only those I'm hosting. The RingCentral Meetings does support this. This makes finding my meetings simple and should be available with RingCentral Video.

  2. Currently in call recordings you can search for a particular call recording by host or date. This is very helpful in employee training. However, for ringcentral video recordings, there is no way to search by the host or date. It is just in chronological order. This would be a very handy feature.

  3. You provide us with a Mailbox for Groups/Queues, why not allow us to program a key on the phone showing when there are messages, and providing access to those messages?

An IP phone can be configured to work with RingCentral Meetings Rooms according to this link.https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9576.html?language=en_USBut no so such option appears to be available for those of us who have chosen (or forced) to use RingCentral Video. So now I have to have a Poly Studio X50 and a TC8 Controller for Video Conference. And then a Poly Trio 8800 in the same room for if we want to have a conference call using Audio.

  5. We want to have an IVR play the pre-recorded prompt once, then connect it to the requested extension. Having to wait the extra two plays, especially for longer recordings is very cumbersome for customers.

  6. It would be great to be able to assign/forward/make notes on a specific voicemail so that once you listen to it, you can tie an action item/team member/date/task to the actual voicemail. Currently adding tasks/messages/notes among team members seems confusing. Sometimes they only belong to you, other places they go to the team, but there is no way to follow up with a specific VM or client.

Currently, the Jump To Latest pop-up button appears if you scroll back numerous messages - when the scroll bar is about halfway up the page, from what I can tell.Instead it should appear as soon as there is just ONE message hidden below the fold. That way if new messages come in and the scroll bar is only slightly scrolled up, the user can easily tell that there are new messages.I've been missing new messages in teams I'm looking at in New RC because of this. The scroll bar will become locked, but it also disappears until you hover over…

  8. Other phone applications I have used allow the user to dock the app somewhere on screen which I greatly appreciated. It was convenient and made certain app features much more visible. This seems like a "no-brainer".

  9. If you go back to edit a prior comment and press Home key to go to the beginning of the comment, the whole page moves, sometimes preventing you from seeing what you're editing. The page shouldn't move with Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, arrow keys, etc., if your focus is within a comment in Edit mode. Please

  13. External users, having the same domain with the company are creating free glip account. They are getting an email notification that their sign up was declined due to the admin settings. We would like to decline them but turn off that email notification.

  14. After this recent upgrade over the past week (October 13, 2021), the Desktop version lost the ability to see your upcoming meetings beyond 3 days. I often schedule meetings well in advance and like to see them on the internal RingCentral application list versus being forced to go out of the app to the RingCentral Webpage to see future meeting schedules. I do not know why they discontinued having the upcoming meetings on the list.

  15. We have users on wifi phones (Spectralink 8440) connected to RingCentral. This is accomplished through manual provisioning. These are limited extension users, and they do not appear in any Contact list whatsoever in the RingCentral app. The only place you can search for them is by opening the dial pad, and searching from there. They aren't in Contact lists at all, and they can be searched using the central search box at the top of the app.

  17. Doctors need to have a record of their conversations with patients. Calls are currently recorded and then manually transcribed for entry to patient records. It would be much simpler to cut and paste. RC already has the capability of transcribing voicemails, so this seems a logical extension and may be useful for other industries.

  19. We're an organization of recruiters and sales staff that are now 90% working from home. During the pandemic we all started using our cell phones - because we hadn't migrated to Ring Central (which we did Summer 2021). Staff are used to saying "Siri - please call...". We're trying to get our staff to only use the Ring Central Mobile app - but they miss handsfree virtual assistant dialing. I'm sure this presents complications with Siri and Google but here it is - that is the request. Cheers and thank you!

One of the main issues we have with the Chat is that team members sometimes miss messages - either they miss the notification top right or the window hasn't been opened and it's knocked them offline.In the old days of MSN Messenger, they had a great feature where you could send a nudge and it would shake the screen or pop up to the front window. This would be really useful - at the moment we often end up having to Whatsapp team members to say "check your Glip" because they've not seen the message or it's not notified them…
