  1. It would be nice to have the Job Title field added to the list of fields able to be added as a column in the User List in service web. Also add the Job Title field to the filter so I can filter by all users with the same job title.

  3. Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

  4. A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

  5. Hi there, i basically have 3 extensions on my account (admin one and dispatch team) the problem is that the dispatches can t see the calls that are being directed to the numbers i have. Same problem with recordings...can you guys add the recordings in all of my extensions and the ringcentral phone app...? please...its really important

  6. The request is for the ability to bulk assign trunks similar to users in the Enterprise space. High Density Analog requirements that need our eFax capability disabled (Voice Only) takes a significant amount of time to program trunk by trunk. This could be accomplished by an Audio Codes MP1288 or AT&T Pots in a Box (PIAB). The goal is to be able to set a Template for Voice Only and apply that Voice Only Template to Phone Numbers that will require the eFax to be disabled.

  7. When a client within our contacts calls in on the application only the initals are shown and not the full name so we really have no idea who it is until we pick up the call which is no use to us and I can imagine to anyone with more than 5 people in their contacts.

  12. We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

  14. Please change the warm transfer process so that the user that is receiving the call doesn't have to "pickup" or "answer" the transfer from the other party. Our previous VOIP provider did the warm transfer more like a warm intercom where the transferring party would be automatically connected to the party that they are trying to transfer to. Then they could ask if they wanted the call.

  15. In Germany it was very common in the ISDN world that companies add additional digits to phone numbers provided by the PSTN service provider. This functionality in ISDN is called "Overdialing."   18. Add a search box in the filter by site dropdown when viewing the user list. This is included in the department field, why not the site list?We have multi-site enabled and have over 150 sites created. It sometimes takes forever to find the site needed to filter by.

  20. I have a team that shares a workload. All calls coming through one number are handled by a team of people.
