Disable 7 digit/10 digit auto link as a phone number in Unified App
My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

Call forwarding to the RingCentral Mobile App when direct user extension was dialed.
Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

Stop getting a call once a user receives a call from call queue and transitioned to video call.
We suggest to have an option that prevents a user from getting another call once he received a call from call queue and transitioned the call to a video call.

Forward voicemail messages to different extension using the App
Some voicemail messages are routed only to the operator extension and these VMs are left specifically to an extension

SMS drafts saved to be sent later
I have used Zipwhip for several years, they have a very convenient feature that allows a draft SMS to be saved and sent later.This feature does not exist in RingCentral, I have talked with support several times.Thanks.

Option for advance or pre-pay
RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

Upload a video to texts (currently limited by size allowed in upload of MB)
For our business we would like to be able to text videos like we do from our non-Ring Central lines. Currently the MB limit is keeping our business team from executing this function.

Delete your account with Ringcentral, it's more worth investing into your current cellular plan.
The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral. Allow adding and editing Notes/Tasks in a separate window
For longer and more complex notes it becomes an issue that to read or change a note that it covers the entirety of the desktop app.Allowing it to pop out to a separate window would allow users to reference information sent in messages more easily as well as check and respond to incoming messages without having to save and close the note frequently or work with other text editing apps as intermediaries between RingCentral messages and RingCentral notes.

New incoming message generate a toast banner notification on Mac w/ manual dismiss
I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen. CallerID Name in UK
It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

Colors for Favorite Teams
With the classic, we were able to color coordinate our "Favorite Teams". It made it super easy to find things. Now I have to actually read through things. Please bring color dots back. Thanks.

The capability to send a prerecorded message to many people
There are moments that we need to send message to whole congregation through email, text, and voicemail. If I could use ringcentral to send a prerecorded message would help greatly.

caller ID for local numbers
We are allowed to set and change only the company caller ID, but we have different local numbers for different departments, so we want to set different caller IDs for each local number.

Disable Call Waiting tone on soft phone
I would like to have an option to be able to disable the Call Waiting tone when using the RC Phone app. I would like to keep the pop-up, but not have the Call Waiting tone in my ear when a second call comes in.

Transfer Outside of Voicemail
A feature that allows caller's encountering Ring Central voicemail to hit zero to be transferred to an internal extension or an outside number configured by the extension owner. A sample voicemail greeting would be: "Hello, this is Josh, I am away from my desk right now but if you have an emergency you may dial zero to reach me on my cell phone or you can leave a message after the beep and I will return your call".
