Hi, It would be best if the call forwarding members of another extension would have the ability to use To Voicemail when the calls ring on their RC Phone desktop app. Right now, To Voicemail option is only available if the call is to their direct extension, but if they are within another users forwarding list it is Greyed out. Thank you.

  4. The reason we want this change is so that we don't have to remember to the change the time zone all the time when creating lots of meetings.

  5. Or any faster way (like drag-drop) to create a large team without having to type every name/adress. And it's really difficult to know who you already added since the name is not greyed when you typed a name.

  6. Currently Prompts in the prompt library can be seen by any admin. In the case of a multisite customer, it's not possible to restrict admins from Site A from viewing/deleting prompts that are assigned to IVRs in Site B. This is a problem, as an admin for a specific site could accidentally upload an incorrect recording in their site IVR menu or accidentally make changes to the wrong IVR menu.

  7. requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

  8. We have different language queues but we can only have one Recording Notification and it is in English. It would be nice if we could customize this on a per queue level, so that callers who do not speak English understand that the call is being recorded.

  9. If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call

  10. We have a small company set up under a main phone with extension 101 & 102. When a call doesn't get answered the voice mail ends up only in ext102 computer app. But this voicemail is not visible from any other location (ex cell phone app). In our cituation it would be very handy that when a call comes in to the main phone the voicemail be able to be left in both ext101 & 102 computer and cell apps. thank you for your consideration,Johannes Waldthausen

  11. There should not be a limit of 60 text message lines on the desktop when the phone app is not limited. They should match for seamless transition at any time. This is a very annoying but simple problem to fix.

  12. Currently, the call log portion of the app doesn't include calls that resulted in voicemails, even in missed calls. This seems weird. Voicemails can continue to be separated into their own section, but why cant I find the call in the "All Calls" section?

  14. I would like to see a link link to just look up MAC's of phones. When I had 1600 phones shipped to me, there was not an easy way to just scan/input the MAC of the phone and see who it belonged to.

  16. Hi, It would be helpful if we have the ability to enable SMS feature for New Zealand numbers. It will be a big help if users can communicate thru SMS with their clients in New Zealand using their New Zealand number as SMS ID.

  17. When setting hours for each individual queue, there are two overriding options, 24/7 and Custom. I think if ytou add another one, "Use Company Hours", then for companies that have mulitple queues, they only need to change their hours in one place instead of for every queue. Around holiday time, it takes a long time if you have 10+ queues to update.

This information may be useful to analyze issues and to remind administrators that this type of network connectivity is present. It can also be used as a baseline feature to determine if they have sufficient network capacity for current users and future users (based on current trends).
