In Germany it was very common in the ISDN world that companies add additional digits to phone numbers provided by the PSTN service provider. This functionality in ISDN is called "Overdialing." As an example of this functionality, the PSTN service would provide a number block of 100 numbers to a company. The company would then add 2 digits to the numbers. We have icons on glip messages for like/quote/pin/bookmark etc, but could we have another to convert into a task? The task feature set is not being used by many from my understanding.

Add a Search Box to Site Filter When Viewing User List
Add a search box in the filter by site dropdown when viewing the user list. This is included in the department field, why not the site list?We have multi-site enabled and have over 150 sites created. It sometimes takes forever to find the site needed to filter by.

Call queue to VM flexibility
I have a team that shares a workload. All calls coming through one number are handled by a team of people. Allow users to record snippets of calls
Allow users to record snippets of calls. If we turn on that ALL calls are recorded, it removes ability for agent to record snippets.

Avaya Cloud Phone should share status with MS Teams
We use MS Teams for internal communication and chat. It would be helpful if Teams could show a user as busy if they are on a call on the Avaya app and vice versa

Allow Poly headset features
Voyager 5200 UC - features such as auto answer with pickup from desk aren't available with Ring Central desktop app [they are with Ring Central Phone desktop app]. Would be great to have this as I understand RC Phone is going away. And the RC desktop app integrates with Salesforce which many people need.

Polycom Phones - Message Light on LE+HotDesk
When a user logs into a Polycom LE+Hotdesk phone and has unread voicemail, the message light does not come on. It only comes on if a message is received while they are logged in. Users do not know from the Polycom phone if they have unread messages left while they weren't logged in.

Remove ability for users to place themselves into a DND state on RC Desktop app, Physical phones and RC Mobile...
...app (Android). So that State is removed completely from user view. Would like this to be programmable to advised user groups, rather than set at account level. Customer is a hotelier and do not want any of their onsite users to "accidentally" place themselves (or shared devices) into DND, as this would prevent incoming calls (business) coming into the location. Even with education system mis-use can still be achieved by the end user

Being able to hear the phone ringing via CyberData Paging Amplifier and speaker system.
I implemented a system for a customer that would like to be able to hear his phones ring over a CyberData Paging Amplifier and speaker system. Currently, this is not a feature of the RingCentral system.

increase limit for messages to delete
one of my customers state they used to be able to delete all messages from their inbox when logged in SW. Seems like at some point in the last year, the limit was changed to 50. Need that limit removed. See attached video of issue. you can "restore" more than 50, just when it comes to deletion, it limits it to 50.

Outbound Caller ID Template Phone Numbers
The request is for user templates to leverage phone numbers assigned to sites while using the multi-site feature for outbound caller ID number settings. Currently, the only choices in the template for outbound caller ID number are "Company Numbers" and not the full list of other numbers currently associated to other sites.

Cordless Phone participation in Shared Lines (branched off of Shared Line/RingGroups line item)
AE Commentary: "I wanted to confirm on the anticipated product roadmap to enhance shared lined functionality to support cordless. As mentioned, Lamps Plus is requesting this capability since having cordless phones in their stores is invaluable. They cannot operate using RingGroups with extensions since this prevents them from having a complete call recording when inbound calls are parked temporary and retrieved from any phone.
Their SVP of Operations is going to make a decision whether to continue with RingCentral or not given the constraints of our platform.
