  3. Admins are unable to edit user profile pictures within the admin portal. If numbers are reassigned and the previous owner had a profile picture on their profile, the new user will have to wait till they are setup within the desktop app to change the profile picture.

  4. This week (around March 4th, 2025), the desktop version of RC changed so I can no longer see the SMS history when sending a new text message. I want to be able to type in a number or contact name and see the history of the text thread instead of a blank window with nothing of the previous messages. Please switch it back!

Currently, when users connect their RingCentral app's Contact Directory to Microsoft 365 using their company email addresses, all users within the Entra Hybrid Tenant are imported into the Global Address List (GAL). This behavior is undesirable as it exposes internal users to all employees, including those without direct communication needs.

    Implement a feature that allows administrators to limit the synchronization of contacts to specific Active Directory (AD) Security Groups. This would enable the creation of a controlled GAL, ensuring that only designated users are visible to the intended audience.

  6. Is there any way to disable the External Shared Contacts directory contacts to a group of users ? or i would like to use the External Shared Contacts directory from ringCentral Directory integration but not all of our users need it.
    so want to disable for certain users
    I need to add 60 users to my account , but want certain users will all contacts some users with no contacts , some with restrictions

  16. Please find below the snapshot from the HUD section:

    1. Call highlighted in the RED rectangular box is showing an incoming call as it is still ringing and has not connected with any agent. Once this call is picked by any agent, it will show as an "active call" and will not display the direction of the call (incoming or outgoing).

    2. The call highlighted in the BLUE rectangular box is an active call with a call duration of 02 minutes 13 seconds. By looking at this HUD display, We cannot find out if the was incoming or outgoing.

  20. Currently on the RC App, deleting the Call Log entry may delete the recording, and vice versa. Our customer would like to keep the call recording but would like to delete call history on the RC App.
